CNN – Chính phủ vương Quốc Anh đă kư một giấy cho phép dẫn độ người sáng lập trang mạng Wikileaks là Julian Assange về Hoa Kỳ để ra ṭa trả lời cáo trạng theo luật Espionage Act của Hoa Kỳ.

Bộ Trưởng Nội Vụ Anh Sajid Javid cho hay ông đă kư vào giấy cho phép dẫn độ này vào hôm qua, một ngày sau khi Bộ Tư pháp Hoa Kỳ chính thức yêu cầu Anh cho dẫn độ Assange về Hoa Kỳ.

Bộ Trưởng Javid cho phóng viên BBC hay: “Đầu tiên tôi rất vui v́ cảnh sát Anh quốc đă có thể bắt giam Assange và hiện nay ông ta đang ở tù v́ đă phạm tội trên đất Anh”

Sau đó ông thêm như sau: “Có một thư yêu cầu đ̣i dẫn độ về Hoa Kỳ phạm nhân này trước khi phiên ṭa mở ra, tôi đă kư vào giấy cho phép dẫn độ và các chi tiết của chuyện này sẽ được tŕnh bày trong phiên ṭa vào ngày mai”

Chính phủ Hoa Kỳ sẽ tŕnh bày tất cả các cáo trạng chống lại Assange trong phiên ṭa vào ngày mai thứ sáu. Thoạt đầu các công tô viên Hoa Kỳ chỉ truy tố Assange một cáo trạng về tội tấn công điện tử, nhưng trong tháng 5 đă thêm 17 cáo trạng khác.

Trong số các cáo trạng thêm vào chống Assange có các cáo trang theo luật Espionage Act của Mỹ như khuyến khích, nhận và phat tán các thông tin về bí mật quốc pḥng với sự hổ trợ của cựu nhân viên t́nh báo quốc pḥng Hoa Kỳ là Chelsea Manning.

Theo ư kiến của chuyên viên pháp lư của CNN là Steve Vladeck là v́ từ trước đến nay chưa có trường hợp nào bị truy tố như thế cả.

Ừ, th́ để coi hôm nay BTP đưa ra cáo trạng ra sao...chứ 50 tuần ăn cơm hẩm chưa qua mà...tên này là một con sâu cho tự do báo chí, v́ đă để cho Putin& Co sai khiến,. điều khiển một chiều, 0 công minh nữa...chốt như như con chốt khác...ấy mà đứa nào lạng quạng ở Nga là Putin thủ tiêu mất xác ngay ! hmmm, nana..sao cái danh từ "ngài" bác dùng, làm tui nghi wá, nghi wá...hehe...thôi th́ tuy 0 là huynh đệ chi binh, nhưng cũng fải khen sự "gan lỳ" của bác khi đăng tin tiêu cực về Trump bác nhé ! V́ tin này nhiều người thích xem bởi nặng tính phân tích và đào sâu vấn đề bao quát & cao siêu hơn những người "b́nh thường" ! Cũng như nhạc thính pḥng kén người mộ điệu...nhạc chỉ hay khi có người t́m đến !

Tôi kính trọng ông ta v́ dẫu ǵ cũng là 1 tonton của nước Mỹ, 1 cường quốc nơi ḿnh đang sống. Ngài là hay ông hay bà 1 từ khi người kia có chức có quyền trong guồng máy chính phủ. Nếu họ làm sai đă có luật pháp và lịch sử nước Mỹ tính sổ họ.
Những mặt nổi có thể báo chí, truyền thông phanh phui có đúng có sai có "FATE News"!..(hehheheh)...bên cạnh đó đảng phái, quyền lực, tài phiệt...thật sự một công dân hạng thường th́ ...
