Theo Bác sĩ Tạ Công Thúy Mai hiện đang công tác tại BV Y học cổ truyền TP.HCM th́ Hà thủ ô có thể kháng virus Corona.

Một số nghiên cứu cho thấy dịch chiết Hà thủ ô chứa các dược chất có

Tổng hợp melanin (sắc tố có liên quan đến màu sắc da, tóc), định hướng phát triển thuốc điều trị chứng tóc bạc sớm.
Giảm Cholesterol và Triglycerid toàn phần trong khi vẫn duy tŕ hàm lượng HDL – cholesterol có lợi, làm giảm xơ cứng động mạch, tăng cường chức năng miễn dịch mạnh và tăng tạo hồng cầu.
Giảm nguy cơ nhồi máu năo.
Có tác dụng bảo vệ các sợi thần kinh cholinergic, có lợi cho bệnh nhân Parkinson.
Nhuận tràng: chứa dẫn xuất làm tăng nhu động ruột. Hà thủ ô sống có tác dụng nhuận tràng hơn Hà thủ ô chín.
Tác dụng kháng khuẩn và kháng virus: Thuốc được nghiên cứu có thể ức chế trực khuẩn lao ở người và ức chế virus SARS.

Chắc tại ngày xưa khi người ta viết ra cuốn sách mà Tí đang đọc, chưa có Corona?

Có thể Hà Thủ Ô năm nay trúng mùa, đang t́m chổ để tiêu thụ.
Cũng giống như hydroxychloroquine bị tồn động trong kho đang cần người tiêu thụ chăng?

Mới nghe nói lần đầu nên không biết được là đúng hay không. Chỉ đăng tin vậy nhưng nghĩ khả năng chống được là rất nhỏ.
