WASHINGTON, DC (AP) – Một chánh án ṭa liên bang Mỹ hôm Thứ Bảy, 20 Tháng Sáu, ra phán quyết cho phép cựu cố vấn an ninh quốc gia John Bolton được tiếp tục phát hành cuốn hồi kư “kể hết” thời gian 17 tháng làm việc cho chính quyền của Tổng Thống Donald Trump, dù có sự ngăn chặn với lư do có thể tiết lộ tin tức bí mật.

Quyết định của Chánh Án Royce Lamberth là chiến thắng cho ông Bolton trong vụ kiện liên hệ tới Đệ Nhất Tu Chính Án và vấn đề an ninh quốc gia. Tuy nhiên, vị chánh án này cũng nêu lên mối quan ngại rằng ông Bolton đă “chấp nhận rủi ro tiết lộ bí mật về an ninh quốc gia Mỹ” khi không hoàn toàn tuân theo tiến tŕnh kiểm duyệt nhằm ngăn không để các cựu giới chức chính quyền tiết lộ bí mật khi viết hồi kư của họ.

Phán quyết này mở đường cho việc đưa cuốn sách của ông Bolton đến nhiều độc giả hơn, dự trù sẽ được bày bán vào ngày Thứ Ba tuần tới, với nội dung không lấy ǵ là đẹp cho Tổng Thống Donald Trump, dựa trên những ǵ ông Bolton nh́n thấy lúc c̣n là cố vấn an ninh quốc gia tại Ṭa Bạch Ốc.

Chánh Án Lamberth cũng tỏ sự không hài ḷng về việc ông Bolton tiến hành việc in cuốn sách mà “không có sự chấp thuận sau cùng của các giới chức t́nh báo quốc gia.”

Nhưng với 200,000 ấn bản đă được phân phối cho các tiệm sách trên toàn nước Mỹ và ở ngoại quốc, việc ngăn chặn sẽ không đạt được kết quả ǵ, theo phán quyết của Chánh Án Lamberth.

Trong phiên ṭa hôm Thứ Sáu, ông đă cho thấy quan điểm này khi nói rằng: “Như chúng tôi vẫn thường nói ở Texas, con ngựa đă thoát ra khỏi chuồng rồi.”

Luật sư Charles Cooper của ông Bolton nói rằng chính phủ Mỹ “buộc ông Bolton phải làm điều mà ông hoàn toàn không thể làm được. Cuốn sách đă được công bố. Những ǵ đă phát biểu không thể thu hồi.” (V.Giang)

Th́ tôi đă nói mấy bửa trước rồi..cuốn sách sẽ ra với giá nào thiên hạ cũng mua..sợ có điều có bàn tay lông lá mua sạch để đem đi đốt..nhưng có internet lo ǵ.

Hoan nghênh ngài Lamberth, tuy rằng đa số đă sớm đoán được quyết định này! Hơi buồn 5 giây v́ ngài quá smart, quá khôn khéo mà viện lư do chính là trễ quá, 0 kịp đ́nh chỉ ấn bản, thay v́ nói trắng, huỵch toẹt ra rằng tất cả chỉ là farce từ Trump cho đến Barr --> nếu v́ an ninh quốc gia là fải đệ đơn kiện cấm ngay từ tháng 3.2020, chứ lại đ̣i kiểm duyệt mà thôi. Rồi lần #2 cũng bị tŕ hoăn và lần này th́ cũng 0 nhắc ǵ đến mức độ tin cậy của nội dung mà Trump bá láp Bolton là kẻ nói láo, Kayleigh McEnany cũng ḷ ṭ nói theo như con vẹt ngu đần…nực cười !

Tất cả chỉ v́ mong kiếm được số phiếu ủng hộ từ những cử tri độc lập, gỡ gạc được vài cái th́ cũng fải ráng làm…chứ biết sao hơn…(cứ nh́n vào ủy ban vận động tranh cử của Trump xài lại gần như 100% chiêu tṛ, thủ đoạn cũ của 2015, th́ đủ biết họ đang tuyệt vọng và chỉ giữ thể diện, 0 dám thừa nhận là sẽ thất bại : đó chỉ là một thí dụ nho nhỏ)…chứ base của Trump th́ họ vẫn ủng hộ thánh Trump như b́nh thường…Mặt khác, tui tin rằng kỳ này chắc chắn rằng những cử tri ĐCH sẽ nằm nhà, cũng như 2016 cử tri ĐDC đă làm để phản đối bà Clinton ! Chờ xem ! Trước mắt là Barr sẽ ra đi quá bà con...để Putin thế chỗ mần chuyện có lư hơn!
