Các bị cáo được lệnh phải duy tŕ hiện trạng và tạm thời bị cấm xóa hoặc cài đặt lại bất kỳ máy bỏ phiếu nào ở bang Georgia cho đến khi có lệnh mới của Ṭa án”, Thẩm phán Timothy Batten viết trong một lệnh khẩn cấp ban hành ngày 29/11.

Vào ngày 29/11 (giờ Mỹ), một thẩm phán ở bang Georgia đă ra lệnh cho bang này ngừng việc xóa và cài đặt lại các máy bỏ phiếu.

“Các bị cáo được lệnh phải duy tŕ hiện trạng và tạm thời bị cấm xóa hoặc cài đặt lại bất kỳ máy bỏ phiếu nào ở bang Georgia cho đến khi có lệnh mới của Ṭa án”, Thẩm phán Timothy Batten viết trong một lệnh khẩn cấp ban hành ngày 29/11.

Luật sư Lin Wood thuộc chiến dịch tranh cử của Tổng thống Trump đă thông tin về lệnh cấm này.

Các nguyên đơn trong vụ kiện vào ngày 29 tháng 11 đă đệ tŕnh một kiến ​​nghị khẩn cấp lên toà án. Đơn kiến nghị đưa ra thông báo từ một quan chức bầu cử nói rằng, các máy kiểm phiếu sẽ được đặt lại về 0 vào ngày 30/11, trước khi kiểm phiếu lại.

Thông báo này có trong bản tuyên thệ của một nhân viên bầu cử của đảng Cộng hoà. Khi nh́n thấy thông báo, nhân viên bầu cử này ​​đă viết thư cho người chịu trách nhiệm hàng đầu về cuộc bầu cử.

Theo bản tuyên thệ, nhân viên này viết: “Bởi v́ kế hoạch là vào thứ Hai (30/11) sẽ xóa sạch các máy bỏ phiếu và cài đặt về số 0 để chúng ta có thể sử dụng các máy cho đếm lại [phiếu bầu], tôi lo lắng về những ǵ tôi đang đọc trên mạng. Tôi đang thấy rất nhiều thông báo từ các luật sư về việc có thể các máy sẽ bị tịch thu. Các luật sư hiện đang nói rằng máy bỏ phiếu cần bị tịch thu ngay lập tức trước khi điều này xảy ra để bảo vệ dữ liệu. Họ đang nói rằng những máy đó cần được tạm giữ càng sớm càng tốt. Rất tiếc. Có thể tôi đang suy nghĩ quá nhiều nhưng hăy chắc chắn rằng đây là những ǵ chúng ta phải làm".

Người quản lư trả lời: “Đó là những ǵ chúng ta phải làm. Sẽ cần một lệnh của ṭa để dừng quá tŕnh này — v́ vậy tôi nghĩ chúng ta cần tiếp tục theo dơi tin tức. Nếu chúng ta nhận được lệnh của ṭa án yêu cầu dừng, th́ chúng ta sẽ thấy lệnh đó trong thông báo khẩn cấp của chúng ta. Vấn đề là, khu vực Atlanta đă bắt đầu [thực hiện việc cài đặt lại máy]”.

Khi nhân viên bầu cử hỏi liệu việc cài đặt lại máy có xóa sạch thông tin của máy hay không, người quản lư nói rằng “Atlanta đă làm điều này”.

Luật sư Sidney Powell là người tranh tụng vụ kiện này. Bà từng là luật sư đại diện cho cựu cố vấn an ninh quốc gia Michael Flynn. Tổng thống Donald Trump đă ân xá cho ông Flynn vào đầu tuần này.

Đúng như dự đoán, đảng DC đă ra tay trong lúc khó vẹn toàn. Cùng trong ngày hôm nay, vị thẩm phán ở Georgia đă đưa ra hai sắc lệnh hoàn toàn nghịch lại với nhau.
Sắc lệng đầu tiên th́ cho rằng Georgia không được cập nhật hay bôi xóa bất cứ thông tin nào trong những máy đếm phiếu.



Nhưng rồi sau đó vài giờ cùng ngày, cũng chính vị thẩm phán Timothy C. Batten Sr ra sắc lệnh thứ hai cho phép Georgia xóa bỏ mọi dữ liệu. Lư do là v́ trong đơn kiện không đề cập đến Union County.
Trên căn bản th́ chúng ta đều thấy đây là một cách kéo dài thời hạn, bởi v́ đơn kiện thực sự cho cả tiểu bang Georgia chứ không riêng một county nào cả.
Sự việc sẽ diễn tiến tiếp theo như thế nào th́ cần phải chờ đến ngày mai khi mọi người trở lại làm việc.

Republicans Plan to Occupy Georgia State House in Response to Secretary of State Ordering Dominion Voting Machines to Be Wiped

A coalition of Republican groups are calling for an occupation of the Georgia State House in response to Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger ordering the Dominion voting machines in the state to be wiped.
The groups are also calling for a protest at Raffensperger’s home on Monday evening.




Raffensperger claims that he was ordering them to be reset ahead of the senate runoff election, but a reset would wipe all votes from the general election — the results of which are still being hotly contested by the Trump campaign.

1) The deletion had been temporarily stopped on Sunday, when Judge Timothy C. Batten, Sr. issued an order to freeze ALL Dominion voting machines in the state of Georgia, but 2) he reversed course within hours.

Currently, there is a major fight going on and it appears that a short time later, 3) a federal judge ordered officials not to reset the machines.






The volatile and unknown situation has lead to Republican activists and organizers to call for a full on occupation of the Georgia State House on Monday — as well as protest at the Secretary of State’s house.
