Election Group: More Illegal Votes Cast Than Biden’s Margin of Victory in Wisconsin

Election investigations currently taking place in one key battleground state have already yielded some explosive results.

The Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty conducted an investigation into the 2020 presidential election in the state and found that precisely 54,259 ballots were “cast by individuals who have never shown a voter ID in any election.”

“While we cannot infer any malignant intent on the part of these voters, this means that many votes were cast without the requirement of photo identification. 54,259 ballots were cast by individuals who have never shown a voter ID in any election. 3,718 were cast from addresses that were on the 2019 Mover’s List. 7,747 failed their DMV check when they registered,” the law firm’s report reads.

The 54,259 number came from the group analyzing the vote totals of nearly 20,000 ballots and 29,000 absentee ballot envelopes.

This number is particularly concerning given that Joe Biden won the state of Wisconsin by just 20,000 votes, according to Politico.

“This does not necessarily mean that Biden did not win a majority of eligible votes. We looked for evidence that failure to follow proper procedures was exploited to commit fraud … there was no evidence of widespread voter fraud,” the review’s conclusion reads.

“In all likelihood, more eligible voters cast ballots for Joe Biden than Donald Trump.”

That being said, in the wake of COVID, many election procedures were altered and many mistakes were made, including in the state of Wisconsin.

“It seems clear that voters abandoned the rules for voting indefinitely confined, drop boxes were used, at least one ballot harvesting event was conducted without statutory authorization, absentee balloting in nursing homes was conducted contrary to law, ballots were cured without authorization and voter rolls were not accurately maintained as required by state and federal law,” the review’s conclusion stated.

Earlier this month, Donald Trump won a legal fight against Wisconsin Democratic Gov. Tony Evers and other officials who sought to force the former president to pay legal fees racked up defending his lawsuit to overturn the 2020 election result.

“The court lacks jurisdiction over the dispute because the swing state, along with Milwaukee County officials and the mayors of Racine, Kenosha, and Green Bay, waited too long to seek legal fees and sanctions against Trump’s lawyers, U.S. District Judge Brett Ludwig in Milwaukee ruled Monday,” Bloomberg News reported.

Trump sued Wisconsin officials after the presidential election and challenged the state’s voting rules in an attempt to have the court compel the GOP-controlled state legislature to choose Wisconsin’s electors.

After Trump’s lawsuit was dismissed, Gov. Evers filed a request seeking to compel Trump and his counsel to pay $145,174.90 in attorneys fees.

Judge Ludwig, a Trump appointee, said Trump’s case was “not insignificant failings” and that he wouldn’t have awarded fees even if he did have the jurisdiction to do so.

“Ready, fire, aim is not the preferred approach when litigating constitutional claims in federal court,” Ludwig said.

“Nevertheless, in the overall context of this case, the court is unable to conclude that counsel’s conduct multiplied these proceedings in an objectively unreasonable and vexatious manner sufficient to warrant a fee award,” Ludwig added.

“The clash is part of the legal fallout from dozens of failed lawsuits by Trump and his supporters alleging his loss to President Joe Biden was the result of massive voter fraud. Earlier this month, former Trump campaign attorney Sidney Powell and other lawyers who sued to overturn the election result in Michigan were ordered to pay the state and the city of Detroit $175,250 for abusing the legal system with unfounded conspiracy theories,” Bloomberg reported.
