Bị can Nguyễn Phương Hằng bị Cơ quan CSĐT Công an TP.HCM khởi tố ở khung hình phạt cao nhất; tạm giam 3 tháng.
Chiều ngày 24.3, Viện KSND TP.HCM đã phê chuẩn quyết định khởi tố vụ án, khởi tố bị can, lệnh bắt tạm giam 3 tháng đối với bà Nguyễn Phương Hằng (51 tuổi, Tổng giám đốc Công ty cổ phần Đại Nam tại Bình Dương) về tội "lợi dụng các quyền tự do dân chủ xâm phạm lợi ích nhà nước, quyền lợi ích hợp pháp của tổ chức, cá nhân", theo khoản 2 Điều 331 Bộ luật Hình sự.Theo đó, bà Nguyễn Phương Hằng bị khởi tố ở khung hình phạt tù từ 2 năm đến 7 năm, phạm tội gây ảnh hưởng xấu đến an ninh, trật tự, an toàn xã hội.

Đến thời điểm hiện tại, Công an TP.HCM vẫn đang tiếp tục lấy lời khai đối với bà Nguyễn Phương Hằng tại Cơ quan CSĐT Công an TP.HCM.Trước đó, Công an TP.HCM đã có quyết định tạm hoãn xuất cảnh đối với bà Nguyễn Phương Hằng để phục công tác điều tra, xác minh liên quan đến đơn thư tố cáo của người dân. Theo quyết định này, bà Nguyễn Phương Hằng bị tạm hoãn xuất cảnh từ ngày 16.2 đến 29.4.2022.Từ năm 2021 đến nay, Cơ quan CSĐT Công an tỉnh Bình Dương, Cơ quan CSĐT Công an TP.HCM thụ lý đơn thư của nhiều cá nhân tố cáo bà Nguyễn Phương Hằng gồm: ông Nguyễn Đức Hiển, bà Đặng Thị Hàn Ni, bà Đinh Thị Lan, ca sĩ Vy Oanh, vợ chồng ca sĩ Thủy Tiên - Công Vinh…

Các cá nhân tố cáo bà Nguyễn Phương Hằng liên tục livestream và có các hành vi "làm nhục người khác", "vu khống" và "lợi dụng các quyền tự do dân chủ xâm phạm lợi ích nhà nước, quyền lợi ích hợp pháp của tổ chức, cá nhân".

Nói chuyện vu khống thì phải đưa ra tòa tranh cải ai đúng ai sai. Sai thì nộp tòa phí, nộp tiền phạt như tiền xúc phạm phẩm cách người khác.

Tù giam là không cần thiết vì bà Hằng thuộc dạng gây nguy hiểm cho xã hội.

Khám xét nhà là muốn tạo án để cướp tài sản.

đúng, rất đúng, bà nầy tiền nhiều quá, nhà cầm quyền đang kiếm cách để tịch thu tài sản bà nầy

con mụ này đả đạnh hơi từ trước nên đả chạy ra hà lội ltìm đến trọng lú và đồng bọn là thằng tô ăn sô trùm công an để lo lót chạy tội ,với những lời hứa của bọn chúng con mụ này yên trí trở về,nhưng ở đời này mụ này đâu biết được chử NHƯNG vì vụ việc kít việt á đang nóng bỏng tại Việt Nam trong đó có dính dáng đến bộ máy lảnh đạo như tên trọng lú, tên fuck,thằng bột ngọt mình chính ,tên chủ tịch hà lội ,nên chúng muốn cho câu chuyện hạ nhiệt , nên chúng đả đem con mụ ceo nảy ra trảm để cho vụ kít việt á nguôi dần , đây là chiêu bài trốn tội của bọn việt cộng, cuối cùng con mụ hằng chỉ là con cờ thí cho bọn chúng mà thôi , ráng ăn cơm tù đi

ủa, sao lạ vậy bạn? bà Hằng thuộc dạng GÂY NGUY HIỂM CHO XÃ HỘI mà Tù giam là KHÔNG CẦN THIẾT ?????

Tôi đang chờ vụ xét xử này vì cả Nguyễn Phương Hằng và Tịnh Thất Bồng Lai đều cũng bị mang tội danh y chang nhau : điều 331 lợi dụng quyền tự do dân chủ ....

Điểm khác là:
- NPH chưởi bà con ra rả, chưởi cả cán bộ cao cấp (Phan văn Mãi) và công khai thách thức công an và có ít nhất 6 đơn thưa được công bố.
- TTBL không hề chưởi ai, chưa bao giờ thách thức cơ quan nhà nước và chưa hề được công khai ai là người tố cáo họ.

Để xem cách sử dụng luật của hai nơi TP HCM và Long An ra sao ?

Bà lên chửi thiên hạ. Ở Mỹ trường hợp này không có cảnh sát đi bắt bà Hằng. Những người bị chửi làm đơn thưa kiện. Họ ướt chừng mức thiệt hại là bao nhiêu thì kiện bà Hằng.
