Qua status cách đây vài giờ anh vừa đăng được biết anh chê Vietnam Airlines ra mặt v́ chảnh. Ngoài ra anh lại ca ngợi VietJetAir hết lời. Cùng vietbf.com khám phá status mới của anh.

Cái ḍng chảnh chảnh ḿnh đă không ưa rồi!
Sáng 7 tháng 5 có mặt tại sân bài Nội Bài cùng mẹ bọn nhỏ trên đường bay vào Sài G̣n. Đến sân bay mới biết ḿnh quên hộ chiếu trong két sắt của khách sạn, đành phải để mẹ bọn nhỏ đi trước vào Sài G̣n, ḿnh trở lại khách sạn lấy hộ chiếu rồi đi chuyến sau. Quầy thương gia (business class) tạm đống cửa v́ thiếu nhân viên, ḿnh vào xếp hàng cùng với những hành khách hạng b́nh thường. Khi đến ḿnh th́ cái vé hạng thương giá 10 triệu VND Hà Nội - Sài G̣n của ḿnh mua trước một tuần chỉ có thể cho ḿnh đi theo loại standby thôi v́ ḿnh trễ chuyến 7:30 sáng. Chuyến 10 giờ sáng không c̣n chỗ ngồi, chuyến kế tiếp là 11:30 sáng và nếu muốn đi standby th́ phải đến một quầy khác để đăng kư ghi danh và phải trở lại quầy này 30 phút trước giờ bay để biết được bay hay không? Hạng thương gia có thẻ mời vào lounge nhưng nếu vào lounge rồi sẽ không trở ra ngoài đến quầy đăng kư danh sách standby để biết thông tin, đây là qui luật của Việt Nam Airlines, bạn không thể vào đến cổng để ghi danh đi standby như ở những quốc gia khác mà phải ra ngoài sảnh đến quầy đặc biệt để ghi danh và đợi thông tin.
Sau khi trao đổi với nhân viên Việt Nam Airlines ḿnh quyết định bỏ vé đi hăng này và đến hăng khác, cạnh tranh số một với Việt Nam Airlines hiện nay, VietJetAir.com để xem t́nh h́nh. Họ có chuyến bay vào Sài G̣n lúc 8:30 sáng và 9:10 sáng, vé mua đi liền là 1.9 triệu VND hạng SkyBoss (tương đương với hạng thương gia). Ḿnh nghe nhiều người nói VietJet hay bị delay nên nhiều người không thích bay, nhưng v́ không muốn trễ họp ở Sài G̣n nên đành phải bay chuyến 9:10 sáng. Sau khi mua vé vào phi cơ và bay sớm hơn 5 phút trước giờ bay, nhân viên rất vui vẻ, ân cần và trẻ trung tiếp đón nồng hậu. Mở thực đơn ra xem th́ lại thêm một bất ngờ nữa v́ thực đơn quá đa dạng cho người có nhu cầu. Ḿnh quyết định mua một vài món hàng để làm đồ lưu niệm với hăng VietJet này. Trước khi đáp ḿnh có trao đổi với nhân viên hăng VietJet về kinh nghiệm của ḿnh sáng hôm nay với hăng Việt Nam Airlines th́ họ nói rằng: "tụi em là hăng nhỏ và rất cần khách, c̣n họ là hăng lớn nên hơi chảnh chảnh đó".
Bay từ Sài G̣n ra Hà Nội chuyến 11:30 sáng ngày 6 tháng 5, ngồi hạng thương gia của VN Airlines mà pḥng vệ sinh hết giấy vệ sinh. Chắc nhân viên nghĩ có 1 tiếng 40 phút bay đâu có ai sử dụng giấy vệ sinh. Thế mới đau! Lần trước từ Đà Nẵng vào Sài G̣n hạng thương gia của Việt Nam Airlines, ḿnh và mẹ bọn nhỏ bở ngỡ khi nghe tiếp viên nói chuyện to và chửi thề trong khu phục vụ thức ăn (food service alley), cứ nghĩ khách ngồi hạng thương gia là khách nước ngoài nên họ nói chuyện rất to và rất thoải mái. Những nhân viên chửi thề như hát hay lại là những nữ nhân viên nữa chứ, thế mới kinh!
Một điều kỳ lạ nữa là tại sao tiếp viên VN Airlines bay chuyến đường quốc tế từ Sydney vào VN và từ Melbourne vào VN lại không nói tiếng Anh chuẩn bằng tiếp viên nội địa của hăng VietJet? Ḿnh đă ngồi cả hai chuyến đường của VN Airlines từ Sydney và Melbourne vào VN và chỉ nghe được 50% phần thông báo bằng tiếng Anh của họ, trong khi đó ḿnh nghe được 80% phần tiếng Anh của tiếp viên VietJet bay nội địa.
Tôi không quảng cáo cho ai hoặc lên án ai cả. Tôi chỉ lên tiếng phê b́nh cách phục vụ khách hàng qua trăi nghiệm của tôi với hai hăng này với tư cách của một người bay khắp thế giới hầu như hàng tuần, tuy mới bay VietJet lần đầu nhưng đă có cảm t́nh. Tiếng Mỹ có câu "First impression is everything" (ấn tượng lần đầu rất quan trọng), v́ thế tôi đă mua tổng cộng 950 ngàn VND tiền quà lưu niệm bao gồm một chiếc phi cơ A320 cho cậu con trai, một chiếc áo thun màu đỏ có logo VietJet cho tôi và một túi sách đựng mỹ phẩm cho mẹ bọn nhỏ.
Theo ghi nhận của ḿnh th́ nếu VietJet căn chỉnh một số vấn đề th́ họ sẽ trở thành đối thủ nặng cân đối với Việt Nam Airlines. Mùa hè này sẽ mang các cháu về Việt Nam và nhất định sẽ sử dụng hăng VietJet đến những điểm du lịch khác ở Việt Nam, Sing và Thái Lan. Như lời quảng cáo của VietJet) Bay là Thích ngay!

Con heo mọi nầy đầu thai chưa xong mà về xứ VC th́ bày đặt khen chê ǵ ?? thứ nầy chỉ có làm le với dân VC và nhửng thứ heo mọi như nó !

Khi có người dám đứng ra công khai chỉ trích các công ty lớn của CSVN, những công ty có Đảng bảo kê...

Th́ không hiểu sao lại có người chống Cộng lập tức sỉ vả chửi mắng cá nhân người đó. Những kẻ núp kỹ chửi mắng kẻ dám ra mặt.

Chắc đây là đám Việt Cộng trá h́nh phá đám th́ phải.

Thằng lé chó đẻ nầy không có chử ǵ hay để viết lên, nhàm quá mậy, lâu đổi cách ăn phân của mầy đi nhé, nhớ chia cho cho con thun vài bải !để nó c̣n có sức vô đây kiếm ăn thêm và chia cho mầy liếm nửa !
