Mới đây hải quan sân bay Tân Sơn Nhất đă bắt giữ lô hàng gồm 250 iPhone XS Max của 4 hành khách quốc tịch Mỹ. Những chiếc iphone này được cất cẩn thận trong hành lư nhưng vẫn bị hải quan phát hiện. Ước tính lô hàng có trị giá khoảng 7 tỷ đồng. Ngày 25/9, Chi cục Hải quan cửa khẩu sân bay quốc tế Tân Sơn Nhất cho biết, lực lượng chức năng phát hiện nghi vấn trong hành lư của 4 người đàn ông quốc tịch Mỹ đáp chuyến bay về TP HCM. Kiểm tra bên trong, hải quan phát hiện hơn 250 iPhone XS Max được cất giấu khá kỹ.

Những hành khách này không xuất tŕnh được giấy đăng kư kiểm tra chất lượng theo quy định. Lô hàng ước tính trị giá gần 7 tỷ đồng bị cơ quan chức năng tạm giữ.

"Đây là sản phẩm mới vừa được hăng Apple ra mắt. Loại hàng này có nguy cơ nhập lậu, vận chuyển trái phép rất cao tại thời điểm này nên chúng tôi đă lên nhiều phương án ngăn chặn", đại diện Hải quan cửa khẩu sân bay Tân Sơn Nhất nói.Theo ông Trần Ngọc Anh (Phó Chi cục Hải quan cửa khẩu sân bay Tân Sơn Nhất), mặt hàng điện thoại di động nhập khẩu phải đăng kư kiểm tra chất lượng tại Cục Viễn Thông (Bộ Thông tin Truyền thông) khi làm thủ tục hải quan theo quy định. Nếu không xuất tŕnh được giấy đăng kư kiểm tra chất lượng, hành khách sẽ bị xử phạt và buộc phải tái xuất hàng hoá ra khỏi Việt Nam.

Trong trường hợp điện thoại là vật dụng phục vụ cho chuyến đi, khách nhập cảnh được mang theo một điện thoại nữa và không cần thực hiện thủ tục kiểm tra chất lượng. Tuy nhiên, theo quy định mặt hàng này vẫn phải nộp thuế do trị giá hải quan vượt quá 10 triệu đồng.

Cơ quan điều tra đang làm rơ nguồn gốc hàng hoá và dấu hiệu vi phạm của 4 hành khách này.

Đọc cái tin là biết nó xạo ke tới mức nào rồi. Lô hàng này là do bọn con ông cháo cha nó buôn lậu. Tới khi bị phát hiện th́ vớ ngay cái mác việt kiều vô lănh tội dùm. Tụi này nó sợ lộ ra bọn con ông cháo cha th́ xấu hổ cho các cán lớn. Thử hỏi việt kiều nào mà rảnh hơi mang cả 250 cái iphoneX về VN. Trong khi tụi nó qua lọt sân bay bên Mỹ mà không qua lọt sân bay TSN. Vấn đề nằm ở đây đấy. Tao đố thằng nào mang 50 cái xphoneX qua lọt sân bay Mỹ th́ tao tặng $100K đô.
