Đạo luật đó đưa dân trung lưu Mỹ vào thế cưỡi cọp. Mua việc vào người. Tự bắn què ḿnh ….
Tất nhiên không gian lận th́ không sợ. Nhưng nói thật nhé, chỉ cần 1 kiểm tra viên không có chuyện ǵ làm, nhưng vẫn muốn giữ ghế của ḿnh th́ họ sẽ bới việc ra làm. Bới dễ nhất là đám trung lưu v́ đám đó đông nhất trong số có tiền.
Các bạn chờ đi, vài năm sẽ thấy tỷ lệ trung lưu bị kiểm tra thuế tăng thủng mái nhà.
Kiểm tra thuế th́ họ sẽ nhắm vào đám có nhà, nhất là đám có nhà cho thuê, đám làm lấy tiền mặt như chủ tiệm tóc, nail, salon, sửa xe, cây xăng chủ tiệm ăn, bán lẻ … Người VN chúng ta làm nghề đó nhiều lắm. Không bao giờ rút tiền mặt từ ngân hàng ra dùng, đó là 1 đầu mối t́nh nghi ….
Đă bị kiểm tra là tốn vô số thời gian để kiếm giấy tờ, trả lời kiểm tra viên….
Lờ vờ quên cái ǵ đó là tốn tiền luật sư. Nói dối kiểm tra viên là đi tù….

Điều 17 quá đă bóp trước tính sau .... ra ṭa th́ nói cà ri cho phép khám trước không thấy ǵ hết không có trát ṭa đó là cà ri tự nguyện chỉ thấy 2 trái nho khô héo đen thui
