Vietbf.com - Bắc Kinh thông báo cuộc tập trận trên vùng Biển Đông đang có tranh chấp, đă làm tiếp tục gia tăng căng thẳng giữa Trung Quốc và Việt Nam, v́ vậy Hà Nội phải lên tiếng phản đối mọi hoạt động Trung Quốc trong vùng lănh hải này phải phù hợp với các quy định của luật pháp Việt Nam và luật pháp quốc tế.

Trả lời câu hỏi của giới báo chí, phát ngôn viên bộ Ngoại Giao Lê Thị Thu Hằng tuyên bố :

“Việt Nam bày tỏ quan ngại sâu sắc về thông báo tập trận của Trung Quốc trong khu vực cửa ngơ vịnh Bắc Bộ. Mọi hoạt động của nước ngoài trong vùng lănh hải của VN cần phải được thực hiện phù hợp với các quy định của luật pháp VN và luật pháp quốc tế. Việt Nam đề nghị Trung Quốc chấm dứt và không lặp lại các hành động làm phức tạp thêm t́nh h́nh trên Biển Đông.”

Phát biểu của bộ Ngoại Giao Việt Nam lại không cho biết rơ thời điểm Trung Quốc đưa ra thông báo hay khi nào cuộc tập trận sẽ diễn ra. Reuters có nhắc lại chi tiết vào tháng 8/2017, Cục An Toàn Hàng Hải Trung Quốc tỉnh Vân Nam đă thông báo một cuộc tập trận sẽ diễn ra ở phía nam của tỉnh này (ở phía đông của Việt Nam) từ ngày 29/08 – 04/09/2017.

Hà Nội trong những thời gian gần đây đă có những cử chỉ khiến cho Bắc Kinh bực bội : từ việc cố gắng tập hợp các nước Đông Nam Á để đưa vấn đề Biển Đông vào trong các cuộc họp khu vực, cho đến việc gia tăng các chương tŕnh hợp tác quốc pḥng với Hoa Kỳ, Nhật Bản và Ấn Độ.

Ngược lại Trung Quốc cũng không ngừng gây sức ép lên Việt Nam trên nhiều lĩnh vực. Vụ việc gần đây nhất là vào tháng 6/2017, dưới áp lực của Bắc Kinh, Hà Nội buộc phải tạm ngưng dự án thăm ḍ dầu khí trên Biển Đông với Tây Ban Nha.

Đáp trả phản đối của Việt Nam, hôm nay, phát ngôn viên bộ Ngoại Giao Trung Quốc, bà Hoa Xuân Oánh, trong một buổi họp báo ngắn khẳng định đợt tập trận này là một cuộc thao dợt quân sự hằng năm theo thông lệ và “vùng biển tập trận nằm dưới quyền tài phán của Trung Quốc”.

Trong khi đó, thủ tướng Anh Theresa May, nhân cuộc họp báo chung với đồng nhiệm Nhật Bản Shinzo Abe, tại Tokyo hôm qua, nhấn mạnh, sự ổn định tại Biển Đông là một lợi ích chung. Do đó, bà kêu gọi một giải pháp ḥa b́nh cho mọi tranh chấp.
