Vietbf.com - Trong một bài phát biểu, Tổng thống Mỹ Donald Trump cho rằng vụ khủng bố năm 2015 làm 130 người chết ở Pháp có thể được ngăn chặn bằng việc Paris cho phép người dân sở hữu súng. Pháp đă lên lên tiếng phản đối b́nh luận các phát biểu của tổng thống Mỹ và đề nghị ông « tôn trọng những người quá cố ».

Tuyên bố của người phát ngôn bộ Ngoại Giao Pháp có đoạn: «Nước Pháp cực lực phản đối các phát biểu của tổng thống Trump về chủ đề các vụ khủng bố ngày 13 tháng 11 năm 2015 tại Paris và yêu cầu tôn trọng những người quá cố ». Quai d’Orsay cũng nhấn mạnh là việc « lưu hành tự do » súng ống trong xă hội không phải là « một thành lũy chống lại các vụ tấn công khủng bố, mà ngược lại, có thể tạo điều kiện cho việc chuẩn bị một cuộc tấn công kiểu như vậy ».

Trong thông cáo nói trên, bộ Ngoại Giao Pháp cũng nhấn mạnh là nhờ « tính chuyên nghiệp » của các lực lượng đặc nhiệm và « sự dũng cảm xả thân » của lực lượng cảnh sát, mà hàng trăm người đă được cứu sống. Nước Pháp « tự hào là một quốc gia an toàn », nơi mà « việc mua và sở hữu súng ống được quy định rất chặt chẽ ». Các thống kê về số lượng nạn nhân của súng « không khiến chính quyền phải xem xét lại sự lựa chọn của nước Pháp trong vấn đề này ».

Nhận định của Quai d’Orsay khiến công chúng không khỏi nghĩ đến con số 11.600 người chết tại Mỹ năm 2017 v́ súng, trong đó hơn một nửa không phải do tự sát (thống kê của hiệp hội Gun Violence Archive). Hiện tại, 320 triệu người Mỹ sở hữu khoảng 300 triệu súng. Một số nghiên cứu tại Mỹ trong thời gian gần đây cho thấy tỉ lệ thuận gia tăng giữa người mang súng và số người chết v́ súng.

Phát biểu của tổng thống Mỹ được đưa ra tối thứ Sáu, 03/05, nhân hội nghị thường niên của hiệp hội NRA, một thế lực hùng mạnh cổ vũ cho việc mua bán súng tại Mỹ, trong bối cảnh ngày càng có nhiều tiếng nói trong xă hội dân sự và đặc biệt là giới trẻ Mỹ, yêu cầu siết chặt việc kiểm soát súng.

« Chống khủng bố » và « các vấn đề chính trị-quân sự », trọng tâm của hợp tác Pháp-Mỹ

Trong lúc bộ Ngoại Giao phản đối tuyên bố của tổng thống Mỹ gây xúc phạm đến các nạn nhân khủng bố, trong một cuộc trả lời phỏng vấn dài với báo Journal du Dimanche về chính sách quốc tế, được đăng tải hôm nay, 06/05/2018, nguyên thủ Pháp Emmanuel Macron nhấn mạnh là « cuộc chiến chống khủng bố và các vấn đề chính trị-quân sự là những điều sẽ cho phép tái xây dựng » quan hệ giữa Paris với Washington.

Ông Trump này, thứ nhất là nói leo vô chuyện nhà người ta, thứ hai là nói bậy bạ.

Trong khi USA là nước nằm ngoài vùng Trung Đông bị khủng bố nhiều nhất, người dân sở hữu súng nhiều nhất, mà lại đem chuyện đó ra nói.

hai bro thông cảm . ổng già rồi .. cái miệng hại cái thân .. đúng là nguời pháp có câu "truớc khi nói ra th́ phải uốn luởi 7 lần " ... tại cái luởi của ổng để quên bên con nhỏ playboy đèn nheo rồi .. nên ổng quên uốn .. hahhhhah

Chuyện ngừơi Mỹ bày tỏ quan điểm cuả ḿnh là thừơng t́nh.Cứ buộc ngừơi khác không đựơc nói như thế đó....không không được làm như thế kia chỉ được xử dụng nhiều trong đám "loser" mà thôi.
