Lư thuyết suông thôi mà, phải thực hành mới biết được. Chăc nhất là cứ đi học bơi...

Một cách giúp mọi người có thể sống sót nếu chẳng may bị rơi xuống nước, dù họ chưa hề biết bơi. Và đó là kỹ thuật “Bơi tự cứu” hay “Bơi sống sót”.

Với phương pháp này, người không biết bơi, khi rơi xuống nước vẫn có thể sống sót nhờ thực hiện 4 bước sau đây:

Bước 1

- B́nh tĩnh nhắm mắt, ngậm miệng, nín thở (có thể lấy tay bịt mũi) để phổi không bị sặc nước, trở thành cái phao cứu sinh đẩy người nổi dần lên.

Bước 2

- Tiếp tục thả lỏng người để nước đẩy lên sát mặt nước trở về tư thế bập bênh bán an toàn, đầu nổi sát mặt nước, chân ở phía nước sâu.

Bước 3

- Dùng tay hoặc chân làm mái chèo, quạt nước đẩy đầu nhô khỏi mặt nước hoặc cũng có thể quạt nước xiên, đẩy người bơi đi dễ dàng bởi trong nước người trở nên nhẹ hơn so với trên cạn.

Bước 4

- Khi chuyển động lên xuống, tới trước hăy nhớ trên mặt nước, há miệng to thở vào nhanh và sâu, dưới mặt nước ngậm miệng, thở ra từ từ bằng mũi, hoặc bằng mồm.

Tâm lư không biết bơi khi rơi xuống nước là cố đưa 2 tay và trồi đầu lên kêu cứu tâm trí đâu mà làm mấy động tác ruồi bu cặc ngựa này nữa. Cách tốt nhất là nhanh trí nếu có con chuồn chuồn nào bay ngang nhanh tay chụp nó rồi nhét vô rún cho nó cắn 1 cái th́ sẽ lập tức biết bơi và lặn xuống thủy tề thăm hà bá. Mấy thằng chuyên gia vc tối ngày ngồi không viết linh tinh.
