Giá dầu bắt đầu tăng dữ dội sau khi ông Trump rút khỏi thỏa thuận hạt nhân Iran. Giá dầu thế giới bật tăng sáng 9/5, sau khi Tổng thống Mỹ Donald Trump tuyên bố rời khỏi thỏa thuận hạn nhân với Iran và áp lệnh trừng phạt trở lại đối với nước này. Động thái của ông Trump có thể khiến nguồn dầu xuất khẩu từ Iran bị hạn chế trong bối cảnh nguồn cung dầu toàn cầu vốn dĩ đă bị thắt chặt gần đây.



Giá dầu WTI giao sau tại thị trường Mỹ tăng 1,55 USD/thùng, tương đương tăng 2,2% so với đóng cửa phiên đêm qua tại New York, đạt 70,61 USD/thùng, cao nhất từ cuối năm 2014.

Giá dầu Brent giao sau tại thị trường London tăng 1,8 USD/thùng, tương đương tăng 2,4%, đạt 76,65 USD/thùng, cũng là mức cao nhất kể từ cuối năm 2014.

Trong phiên giao dịch đêm qua, giá dầu đóng cửa trong trạng thái giảm, v́ nỗi lo Mỹ rút khỏi thỏa thuận hạt nhân Iran đă được phản ánh nhiều vào giá dầu trước đó, và động thái của ông Trump không gây bất ngờ đối với thị trường. Tuy nhiên, sau một đêm, nỗi lo nguồn cung đă trở lại, đẩy giá dầu tăng.


"Sự kiện lớn của đêm qua là ông Trump hủy thỏa thuận hạt nhân với Iran. Lệnh trừng phạt sẽ được tái áp lên Iran và sẽ ảnh hưởng ngay lập tức lên xuất khẩu dầu của Iran", nhà phân tích đầu tư William O’Loughlin thuộc Rivkin Securities ở Australia phát biểu trong một cuộc trao đổi với hăng tin Reuters.

Lệnh trừng phạt của Mỹ đối với Iran có thể được thiết lập trở lại sau 180 ngày, từ phi hai bên đạt được một thỏa thuận mới trước thời hạn đó - Reuters cho hay.

Một báo cáo của ngân hàng ANZ nhận định rằng quyết định của ông Trump "đặt ra một kịch bản trong đó nguồn cung dầu lửa có thể bị thắt chặt mạnh mẽ trong nửa sau của năm 2018 và trong năm 2019".

Gần như chắc chắn xuất khẩu dầu của Iran sang thị trường châu Á và châu Âu sẽ giảm trong năm nay và năm tới, khi một số quốc gia t́m kiếm nguồn cung dầu thay thế nhằm tránh gặp rắc rối với Mỹ và khi lệnh trừng phạt của Mỹ bắt đầu phát huy tác dụng.

Tuy vậy, hiện vẫn chưa rơ liệu thị trường dầu lửa toàn cầu sẽ bị ảnh hưởng mạnh mẽ đến mức độ nào.


Mỹ không mua dầu của Iran, trong khi một số cường quốc khác kư thỏa thuận hạt nhân với Tehran - bao gồm Nga, Anh, Pháp và Đức - phản đối việc Mỹ rút khỏi thỏa thuận và có thể sẽ tiếp tục mua dầu của nước này.

Đến nay, châu Á vẫn là thị trường xuất khẩu dầu lớn nhất của Iran. Nhiều khả năng các khách hàng châu Á vẫn mua một phần dầu của Iran như đă làm trước đây khi Iran c̣n bị trừng phạt.

"Có những lo ngại rằng xuất khẩu dầu của Iran có thể giảm 1 triệu thùng mỗi ngày từ mức hiện nay", ông Tomomichi Akuta, chuyên gia kinh tế cấp cao thuộc Mitsubishi UFJ Research and Consulting ở Tokyo, phát biểu.

"Cung, cầu dầu toàn cầu hiện tương đối cân bằng, nhưng cán cân này sẽ chuyển thành sự thiếu cung nếu nguồn cung bị hạn chế. Giá dầu có thể tăng thêm ít nhất 10 USD/thùng, trong đó giá dầu Brent sẽ hướng tới mốc 90 USD/thung", ông Akuta nói.

Iran trở lại vị trí cường quốc xuất khẩu dầu vào năm 2016 sau khi được dỡ lệnh trừng phạt quốc tế. Tháng 4 vừa rồi, nước này xuất khẩu 2,6 triệu thùng dầu mỗi ngày, giữ vị trí nước xuất khẩu dầu lớn thứ ba trong OPEC, sau Saudi Arabia và Iraq.

đă nói rồi mà dân x́ chump không chịu nghe. truớc đây tui tiên đóan là từ giờ đến cuối năm th́ giá xăng sẽ là $6/gallon .. nhưng cái điệu này th́ không chừng $7/gallon là chít mẹ một lũ ..

Oh yes, fan Trump th́...xí nghen, họ cứ tưởng rằng nhờ vậy mà ngành sx dầu Mỹ thăng hoa rực rỡ hơn...lúc ấy th́ giá essence/gas tăng th́ mua súng bắn nhau cho hả cơn giận...dám lắm à nhưng mà tui hổng có xuí trẻ ăn c. gà à nha ! À, mà hổng chừng dân có xe v́ 0 đủ tiền mua essence/gas th́ sẽ ...hè nhau mà bán hết vũ khí, dọn dẹp sạch sẽ garage sale mại dzô mại dzô !

bác nh́n cái mặt thằng bú tinh là biết mấy thằng chơi thấu cáy trong bài poker rồi ..bây giờ mỹ có trừng phạt nó đến đâu th́ nó đâu c̣n sợ nữa ...nhưng cái thất bại của mỹ là càng ngày đă mất đi quyền lực trên thế giới .. thằng TPP th́ chệt đă nắm rồi .. c̣n chuyện này th́ coi như chệt với nga coi như cũng nắm luôn .. đúng là nguời ta nói .. thả con cá rô, bắt con cá mập .. hahahah
