Hôm qua 11-9, dẫn lời nhóm các nhà kinh tế do Haibin Zhu dẫn đầu tại Công ty JPMorgan Chase & Co, Bloomberg nhận định cuộc chiến thương mại với Mỹ có thể khiến Trung Quốc mất 700.000 việc làm và nhiều hơn nếu cuộc chiến này leo thang. Khả năng nói trên sẽ xảy ra trong trường hợp Mỹ áp đặt mức thuế 25% đối với hàng hóa xuất khẩu trị giá 200 tỉ USD của Trung Quốc, đồng thời Bắc Kinh trả đũa bằng cách giảm giá trị đồng nhân nhân tệ xuống 5%.

Nếu Trung Quốc không trả đũa, khoảng 3 triệu người ở nước này có nguy cơ mất việc, theo nghiên cứu của nhóm các nhà kinh tế tại JPMorgan Chase & Co. Nghiên cứu cũng nhấn mạnh những tác động sâu sắc hơn của cuộc chiến thương mại đối với nền kinh tế lớn thứ hai thế giới. Vào thời điểm này, Bắc Kinh đang phải vật lộn với tốc độ tăng trưởng chậm và nợ lớn.

Trong khi đó, mọi thứ sẽ c̣n tồi tệ hơn nếu Mỹ áp đặt mức thuế 25% đối với tất cả hàng nhập khẩu của Trung Quốc và Bắc Kinh trả đũa với mức thuế tương ứng. Hậu quả, Trung Quốc sẽ mất 5,5 triệu việc làm và thiệt hại 1,3 điểm % tổng sản phẩm quốc nội (GDP).

"Nếu Mỹ tiếp tục leo thang chiến tranh thuế quan, tác động đối với Trung Quốc sẽ lớn hơn. Mặc dù tác động tổng thể vẫn có thể kiểm soát nhưng tỉ lệ thất nghiệp gia tăng có thể trở thành mối lo ngại về chính sách nghiêm trọng" – nhóm các nhà kinh tế tại JPMorgan Chase & Co cho biết.

Nếu trường hợp xấu nhất xảy ra (5,5 triệu người ở Trung Quốc mất việc làm), việc chọn giảm khoảng 12% giá trị đồng nhân dân tệ trong năm 2019 so với năm 2018 sẽ bù đắp ảnh hưởng lên GDP và kéo giảm số việc làm bị mất xuống c̣n khoảng 900.000, theo phân tích.

Tuy nhiên, điều đó sẽ làm Bắc Kinh bị thất thoát 332 tỉ USD vốn đầu tư, đốt cháy hơn 1/10 dự trữ ngoại hối của đất nước. Đây là t́nh huống mà các nhà hoạch định chính sách có thể muốn tránh sau cú sốc mất giá tiền tệ năm 2015.

đừng lo Tonton tui vốn thương người, vụ ZTE tonton đă từng tội nghiệp chệt dân mất việc làm nên đă nhờ Bryan Lanza, cựu cố vấn cho chiến dịch Trump ....bôi cho trơn rồi.

Chỉ có người ở Mỹ mới thấy rơ những hiệu quả tẩy chay hàng "made in china".Bây giờ ngoaị trư những cưả hàng bán hàng dỗm cuả China th́ hầu hết những cưả hàng dần thay thế những sản phẩm "made in usa" mà trước đây toàn là made in china .....,khi chúng ta c̣n thấy những hàng cuả china là trong trường hợp hàng đó c̣n tồn kho ở Mỹ,hay những mặc hàng mà Mỹ không có lợi khi cạnh tranh.Chỉ cần vài năm nưă là coi như Tàu húp cháo,khi mà bị Mỹ làm ngơ.

Chỉ có người ở Mỹ mới thấy rơ những hiệu quả tẩy chay hàng "made in china".Bây giờ ngoaị trư những cưả hàng bán hàng dỗm cuả China th́ hầu hết những cưả hàng dần thay thế những sản phẩm "made in usa" mà trước đây toàn là made in china .....,khi chúng ta c̣n thấy những hàng cuả china là trong trường hợp hàng đó c̣n tồn kho ở Mỹ,hay những mặc hàng mà Mỹ không có lợi khi cạnh tranh.Chỉ cần vài năm nưă là coi như Tàu húp cháo,khi mà bị Mỹ làm ngơ.
