Giới chuyên gia trong ngành khẳng định rằng có thể việc chuyển dây chuyền sản xuất phức hợp của Apple ra khỏi Trung Quốc nhằm né tránh tác động tiêu cực từ chiến tranh thương mại Mỹ - Trung Quốc sẽ là "nhiệm vụ bất khả thi".


Doanh số bán hàng của Apple tại Trung Quốc vốn đă giảm sâu khi mà người tiêu dùng Trung Quốc phản ứng với các biện pháp thuế quan chặt chẽ hơn mà Mỹ áp với hàng Trung Quốc.

CEO của Pegatron - một nhà cung cấp cho Apple, ông S.J. Liao, gần đây có nói: "Các nhà cung cấp sẽ không thể chuyển khỏi Trung Quốc chỉ trong ṿng 1 đêm. Sẽ mất ít nhất 10 năm và việc chuyển sản xuất vẫn chưa thể xong được".

Khó khăn nằm ở chỗ hoạt động sản xuất iPhone rất phức tạp, phần lớn được làm bằng tay và cần phải được làm trong hệ sinh thái của các bên cung cấp linh kiện, vận tải và nhân lực đă được xây dựng để phục vụ cho các điểm sản xuất của Apple.


Ngoài ra, phải kể đến chính sách hỗ trợ khá thông thoáng của chính phủ Trung Quốc dành cho những công ty hiện đang làm nhà cung cấp cho Apple, chính sách này đă giúp cho chi phí của các nhà cung cấp duy tŕ ở mức thấp và lợi nhuận cao.

Năm 2016, báo New York Times có tiến hành một cuộc điều tra, sau đó nhà báo đă chỉ ra nhiều đặc quyền mà chính quyền thành phố Trịnh Châu đă dành cho Foxconn vào năm 2010 khi công ty này mở nhà máy lắp ráp iPhone.

Nhà máy này hiện đang sản xuất khoảng một nửa trong tổng số iPhone của thế giới. Chính sách hỗ trợ của chính quyền tỉnh dành cho nhà máy có thể kể đến hỗ trợ nhà ở cho người lao động, năng lượng rẻ và giảm chi phí nhân công cũng như giăn thuế.

Giám đốc tài chính của Pegatron Charles Lin cho biết cho đến nay công ty ông chưa thể t́m được một đất nước nào có thể hoàn toàn thay thế được Trung Quốc dù họ đă rất cố gắng đa dạng ngành sản xuất.


Thế tiến thoái lưỡng nan của Trung Quốc nắm chính ở việc Apple yêu cầu tiêu chuẩn rất cao với chuỗi cung ứng đầy cạnh tranh mà sẽ mất nhiều năm để có thể xây dựng được. Giáo sư chuyên nghiên cứu về quản lư tại Harvard Business School, ông Willy Shih, nhận xét: "Apple là một khách hàng cực kỳ khó tính. Nhiều nhà cung cấp chật vật với việc cố gắng đáp ứng được các tiêu chuẩn khắt khe của Apple, nhiều nhà cung cấp mất tiền mà vẫn không được chọn vào quy tŕnh. Để có thể trở thành nhà cung cấp cho Apple, nhiều công ty đă phải cố gắng phát triển thêm nhiều mảng mới".

Thế nhưng năng lực có được trong quá tŕnh phát triển, khởi đầu bởi sự khó tính của Apple và sau đó càng ngày càng đi xa hơn nữa khi doanh số iPhone tăng trưởng tốt, đă không chỉ dành riêng cho Apple.

Họ cũng khiến cho các công ty công nghệ của Trung Quốc tăng trưởng nhanh và h́nh thành nên đối thủ đáng gớm nhất của Apple: Huawei.


Năm 2012, Huawei nắm khoảng 4% thị phần thị trường điện thoại thông minh toàn cầu. Đến năm ngoái, tỷ lệ này tăng lên 14,7%, cùng thời gian đó, thị phần của Apple giảm từ 25,1% xuống 14,9%.

Nếu không có hệ sinh thái bao gồm các nhà cung cấp linh kiện, công ty vận tải và nhiều thỏa thuận về thuế quan đă giúp cho các nhà cung cấp của Apple tại Trung Quốc phát triển, Huawei nhiều khả năng đă chật vật để có được sự tăng trưởng như vậy nếu không có chuỗi cung ứng của Apple, theo khẳng định của các chuyên gia ngành.

Nghiên cứu của Nikkei cho thấy rằng Mỹ hiện đang vẫn nắm kiểm soát nhiều sản phẩm bán dẫn và nguyên liệu quan trọng nhất được sử dụng trong thiết bị của Apple. Thế nhưng nhà máy của Trung Quốc cung cấp nhiều linh kiện khác, ví như màn h́nh, linh kiện âm thanh và pin. Trong những sản phẩm này, các công ty Trung Quốc nhanh chóng bắt kịp doanh nghiệp toàn cầu.

Đỡ tốn thời gian và tài chánh...chỉ nhiêu đó là đủ chứng minh bọn nó 0 hề ngu như công luận thường biết ! Coi chừng, đề cao cảnh giác bọn này, một khi ca. 1,4 tỷ dân Tàu đều có khả năng làm gián điệp trên toàn thế giới...

Sắp tới đây là sẽ đến công nghệ xe hơi, sau khi đă tấn công ngành hàng không dân sự Airbus và Boeing...Hôm qua Đức công bố 2018 đă bán được 5,5 triệu xe hơi ở Tàu từ VW, BMW và Daimler-Benz...vài năm nữa sẽ có xe hơi hiệu Tàu, 100% made in China sang EU...tương tự như Nhật đă làm thập niên 60´s ...Và bây giờ xe Nhật vượt qua cả xe Đức về nhiều hạng mục...ai ngu hơn ai? Nên nhớ là khi đó xe Nhật nhỏ, gọn nhưng mau gỉ sét v́ thiếu thép ...như xe Ư vậy...

Tàu nó đang muốn đi theo con đường này của Nhật, lột xác made in China về tất cả mọi lănh vực...xem chừng chỉ c̣n mang thời gian tính..Khi nào ACE mua mainboard về tự lắp ráp, nên đem kiếng hiển vi check IC´s (integrated circuit) coi fải là made in China 0 th́ mới mua, nhưng đây chỉ là hăo huyền mà thôi.
