Theo Bộ Tổng tham mưu Ukraine, sau khi Nga rút quân, Ukraine đă tái chiếm toàn bộ khu vực Kiev, cường độ các cuộc không kích và tên lửa của Nga đă chậm lại.

Trong một thông điệp video, người đứng đầu nhà nước Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky cho biết mục tiêu của Nga hiện nay là chiếm đóng miền đông và miền nam Ukraine.

Tổng thống Ukraine cáo buộc quân đội Nga đă phạm tội diệt chủng, một ngôi mộ tập thể được t́m thấy ở khu định cư Bucha. Những ǵ đă xảy ra có thể được tiếp nối bởi các biện pháp trừng phạt tiếp theo của phương Tây.

Sự kiện nổi bật trong vài giờ qua:

1. Lực lượng Ukraine đă giành lại quyền kiểm soát toàn bộ lănh thổ của khu vực Kiev.

2. Hội nghị thượng đỉnh Zelensky-Putin được cho là sắp diễn ra.

3. Litva trở thành quốc gia EU đầu tiên ngừng hoàn toàn việc sử dụng khí đốt tự nhiên của Nga.

4. Ba Lan sẵn sàng cho việc trang bị vũ khí hạt nhân của Hoa Kỳ.

5. Nga đă phạm tội nghiêm trọng ở Bucha gần Kyiv.

Có vẻ như một lượng quân tiếp viện đáng kể đang được quân đội Nga triển khai tới Ukraine.
Tin tức bắt đầu ṛ rỉ sáng nay rằng Nga đang huy động 60.000 quân dự tiếp viện cho các chiến dịch quân sự ở Ukraine.
Đoạn video sau đây được quay ở Yekaterinburg, cho thấy lực lượng Nga mang pháo tự hành 2Sz19 trên một đoàn tàu đường sắt, tiến tới mặt trận Ukraine.
