Old  Default Số người giàu ở Việt Nam ra tăng chóng mặt
VBF - Việt Nam bây giờ đang h́nh thành tầng lớp trung lưu rộng lớn. Con số sẽ tăng gấp đôi sau 10 năm nữa. GDP đầu người sẽ đạt 6 ngàn một năm, nếu đúng th́ Việt Nam tự hào đứng sau Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia và Thái Lan.

Tầng lớp trung lưu của Việt Nam có triển vọng tăng từ 12 triệu người lên đến 33 triệu người vào năm 2020. Số người siêu giàu sẽ tăng gấp đôi trong 10 năm tới (khoảng 403 người) theo một báo cáo của HSBC.



Đây là nhận định được đưa ra trong nghiên cứu “Kết nối Đông Nam Á” vừa được Ngân hàng HSBC công bố gần đây.

Nghiên cứu này là kết quả của cuộc khảo sát hơn 83 doanh nghiệp Úc có doanh thu đạt 30 triệu AUD/năm về độ hài ḷng vào nền kinh tế, triển vọng tăng trưởng đầu tư, tiêu dùng ở Việt Nam và một số nước ASEAN trong các lĩnh vực khác nhau.

Theo đó, Việt Nam được đánh giá là 1 trong 6 nền kinh tế lớn của ASEAN, đứng sau Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia và Thái Lan.

Nhờ vào độ mở nền kinh tế cao, hội nhập nhanh, dân số lao động lớn, các doanh nghiệp được khảo sát ước tính đến năm 2020, GDP Việt nam có thể đạt được 552 tỷ USD, GDP đầu người tính theo sức mua tương đương đạt 6.024 USD/năm, tương ứng 132 triệu đồng.



HSBC cho biết các doanh nghiệp Úc đang tiếp cận thị trường Việt Nam thông qua các Hiệp định Thương mại tự do ASEAN – Úc và Newzealand; FTA giữa ASEAN và 6 nước bao gồm cả Úc và TPP.

Theo đó, mặc dù giá trị thương mại song phương giữa 2 nước chỉ đạt đạt 10 tỷ AUD năm 2015, bằng 1/3 giá trị thương mại Úc và Singapore và bằng 1/2 giá trị thương mại giữa Úc và Thái Lan, và Malaysia nhưng Úc và Việt Nam có mối quan hệ thương mại phát triển nhanh nhất. Trên thực tế, Việt Nam là đối tác thương mại phát triển nhanh nhất tại ĐNÁ của Úc, với tổng giá trị thương mại tăng 12% vào năm 2015.

Mặt khác, kết quả nghiên cứu của HSBC nhấn mạnh Việt Nam hiện có dân số 90 triệu người và hiện là nền kinh tế có thu nhập trung b́nh của thế giới. Tầng lớp trung lưu của Việt Nam có tốc độ tăng trưởng nhanh nhất khu vực Đông Nam Á, có triển vọng tăng từ 12 triệu (năm 2012) lên 33 triệu người vào năm 2020. Tức tầng lớp trung lưu này có thể chiếm khoảng 1/3 dân số Việt Nam khi dân số Việt Nam vào năm 2020 được dự báo khoảng 98 triệu dân.

Theo định nghĩa của các tổ chức thế giới, thu nhập của một gia đ́nh thuộc tầng lớp trung lưu tại Việt Nam dao động ở mức từ 1.400 - 3.400 USD/tháng (tương đương khoảng từ 30 - 75 triệu đồng/tháng).

Hiện, người Việt cho dù được đánh giá là tiết kiệm nhất thế giới, nhưng tốc độ tiêu dùng đang ngày càng tăng lên do dân số trẻ, tốc độ đô thị hóa tăng nhanh và nền kinh tế ngày càng mở cửa với những cơ hội việc làm, kinh doanh và thu nhập tăng lên.

Ngoài tầng lớp trung lưu tại Việt Nam được dự đoán gia tăng, tốc độ tăng người siêu giàu tại Việt Nam được dự đoán tăng mạnh, vượt qua cả Ấn Độ. Cụ thể, Hăng tư vấn Knight Frank (Anh) dự đoán trong 10 năm tới, số người siêu giàu Việt Nam sẽ tăng hơn gấp đôi khoảng 403 người, tăng nhanh hơn Ấn Độ và Mozambique.

Với dân số gần 100 triệu dân mà mỗi 10 năm chỉ có 403 người lên được tầng lớp "Trung Lưu" mà lại gọi là gia tăng?
GDP t́nh theo đầu người là 6.024 USD là con số ảo mới có được. Đó là chưa tính vật giá leo thang liên tục. Người dân rồi đây không có đất mà ăn chứ ở đó mà hạ lưu với trung lưu.

Ḿnh cũng là người bắc đó laughster nhưng ḿnh có bao giờ nói sai chính tả
Mà cho dù có nói sai chính tả đi chăng nữa th́ khi viết nó vẫn phải đúng chứ hả chứ có đâu sai bét tùm lum

hahaha em không bao giờ có kỳ thị người bắc, trung, hay nam đâu, nhưng khi thấy viết sai chính tả tếu lâm th́ cái tính nhạy cười chịu không nổi hahahahah; giống như cài h́nh em post lên vậy đó, cười năy giờ hahahah

haha em đoán là mềm thấy cứng nói đùa thôi chứ không phải nói thiệt đâu anh haha
