Old  Default Lạ miệng với nghêu nấu nước dừa
Bạn đổi bữa cho cả nhà bằng món nghêu nấu nước dừa. Món này có thể dùng kèm với bún rất ngon hoặc ăn không như món lót dạ buổi chiều.



Nguyên liệu:

- Nghêu: 1 kg

- Dừa tươi: 1-2 trái

- Sả, ớt, lá quế, thơm (dứa).

Cách làm:

- Nghêu mua về ngâm với nước lọc hoặc nước vo gạo thêm vài lát ớt, ngâm 1-2 tiếng cho ra bùn đất bên trong. Sau đó vớt ra, rửa lại vài lần cho sạch.

- Cho nước dừa gần 1 lít vào nồi, thêm vài tép sả đập dập, 1/4 trái thơm c_ắt lát vào cùng. Nấu sôi nêm gia vị đường, bột ngọt, muối và nước mắm cho vừa khẩu vị.

- Thêm sa tế vào, cho nghêu vào nấu đến khi chín tới, nêm lại gia vị cho vừa ăn. Nghêu mở miệng cho lá quế vào rồi tắt bếp, lá quế nhiều sẽ thơm ngon hơn.

- có thể ăn kèm với bún rất ngon, thêm nước mắm chua ngọt nếu thích.

Ừ nhỉ, nhìn món này thì hỉ nộ ái ố bị xua tan thành mây khói hết trơn hết trọi: dục vọng (thèm ăn, ẩm thực) chợt nổi lên..các người sao mà ác thế ! Công tình tu cả 100 năm nay, nay thành công ...ếch, cóc, ễnh ương hết gồi, hic hic !

Vật liệu nấu và cách cũng đơn giản như bà ngoại Hai Lúa tui ở Bình Đại nha bà con...cơm từ gạo lúa mới gặt nhăm nhăm nhăm...

Uiiii... mèn ơi, đất ơi... có người hè nhau thương anh Lúa quá chừng nè. Lol

Ủa anh Lúa biết ăn mấy con ếch, lươn, rắn luôn hở. ? Nghe hơi sợ chút chút.

Chuột này là chuột cưng ai nở ăn thịt, buồn buồn anh bắt ra ngắt nhéo chơi vậy thui!

Có ông già định ăn, nhưng nuốt bị mắt nghẹn rùi kìa Tí ơi. haha....
