Old  Default 8 việc không nên làm khi điều khiển xe hơi
Hiện nhiều người có rất nhiều thói quen xấu khi điều khiển xe hơi. Điều này sẽ là nguy cơ tiềm tàng gây ra tai nạn cho chính bản thân và người thân. Dưới đây là 8 thói quen cần phải được loại bỏ.

1. Hát theo nhạc phát trên xe


Đối với nhiều người, khi lên xe hơi họ có thói quen bật nhạc để giải trí hoặc cảm thấy thư thái và tạo cảm giác "rút ngắn" lộ trình. Thói quen này không hề xấu tuy nhiên, một lúc nào đó, khi cảm thấy "phiêu" theo bài hát, bạn thường có xu hướng nhắm mắt vài giây để cảm nhận hoặc lắc lư người theo giai điệu bài hát.

Điều này vô hình chung làm giảm độ tập trung của bạn khi đang cầm vô-lăng. Tất nhiên, hậu quả sẽ vô cùng khôn lường, bởi khi đang lái xe, chỉ một sơ suất nhỏ cũng có thể khiến bạn và người đi đường khác gặp rủi ro không mong muốn.

2. Đeo tai nghe khi đang lái xe


Bạn đang chờ một cuộc điện thoại quan trọng và tất nhiên không muốn một tay cầm vô-lăng, một tay cầm điện thoại; hay đơn giản là bạn muốn thưởng thức âm nhạc riêng mà không để người cùng xe thấy phiền. Giải pháp bạn cho rằng hợp lý là đeo tai nghe!

Đây là một ý tưởng TỒI! Bởi khi đeo tai nghe, bạn có thiên hướng tập trung vào âm thanh phát ra từ thiết bị nhỏ này mà không để ý đến âm thanh cảnh báo khác (như tiếng còi của xe khác, tiếng gọi từ bên ngoài...).

Tệ hơn nữa, khi đeo tai nghe, người ta sẽ cảm thấy dễ buồn ngủ hơn. Hậu quả của việc chợp mắt 2, 3 giây ngắn ngủi sẽ lớn thế nào, bạn hẳn đã biết!

3. Đi giày cao gót khi lái ô tô


Đối với các bà vợ hoặc chị em phụ nữ, khi "đóng bộ" để đi làm, gặp hẹn hoặc tham dự sự kiện nào đó thì giày cao gót thường là phụ kiện không thể thiếu.

Tuy nhiên, nếu chị em cứ thế ngồi ở vị trí ghế lái thì điều này thực sự là thảm họa! Bởi sao, đế giày cao gót rất nhọn và nó rất có thể mắc kẹt ở sàn xe; thậm chí khiến cho bàn chân điều khiển trở nên khó khăn hơn... Tất cả điều này đểu có thể khiến họ gây ra sự cố ngoài ý muốn.

Bởi vậy, nếu đã xác định lên xe ngồi ở vị trí ghế lại, cả đàn ông và phụ nữ hãy đi những đôi giày đế bằng, vừa vặn cỡ chân và thoải mái để điều khiển xe một cách tự tin nhất.

4. Ngủ bên cạnh tài xế


Bạn đang lái xe và có người nhà hoặc bạn gái nằm ngủ ở ghế bên cạnh! Đó là một ý tồi. Vì sao, vì khi nhìn thấy có người ngủ cạnh mình hoặc việc phải nghe tiếng ngáy đều đều của người bên cạnh, tài xế cũng có xu hướng buồn ngủ theo!

Juergen Zulley, giáo sư tâm lý học thuộc trường ĐH Regensburg (Đức) chỉ rõ, tài xế thường có xu hướng muốn ngủ theo khi những người ngồi trong xe, đặc biệt là ngồi bên cạnh ghế lái, nằm ngủ.

Do đó, để giúp lộ trình được an toàn, bạn có thể thức cùng và trò chuyện với tài xế, thậm chí có thể nhắc người đó dừng xe hoặc đổi lái nếu họ liên tục ngáp hoặc có xu hướng buồn ngủ.

5. Sử dụng điện thoại khi lái xe


Có lẽ chẳng cần nói nhiều về thói quen vô cùng có hại này. Việc cầm điện thoại nhắn tin, đọc tin nhắn hoặc nghe điện... cũng đều làm giảm sự tập trung của tài xế.

Hãy từ bỏ ngay thói quen này nếu bạn muốn bản thân mình an toàn khi ngồi trên xe.

6. Thay đồ trên xe


Chỉ đôi giây bị chiếc áo cổ lọ che khuất tầm mắt là tài xế có thể gây nguy hiểm cho chính mình và người đi đường. Đừng vì một phút vội vã mà bạn biến chiếc xe của mình thành chỗ thay đồ.

Khi đã bước lên xe, hãy tuyệt đối tập trung để tạo an toàn cho chính bản thân mình và người khác.

7. Chở thú cưng trên xe



Sẽ là ý tưởng rất tệ nếu bạn mang theo thú cưng lên xe. Điều gì sẽ đảm bảo thú cưng không "nhảy loạn xạ" trong quá trình bạn cầm vô-lăng.

Chưa hết, việc vuốt ve hay cưng nựng chúng cũng làm giảm độ tập trung của bạn; hay đơn giản là chiếc đuôi dài của chúng vô tình che mất tầm nhìn của bạn trong đôi giây... cũng có thể gây hậu quả lớn.

Bởi thế, để an toàn cho cả chủ lẫn thú cưng, hãy để chúng ở nhà!

8. Dùng khuỷu tay hoặc đầu gối để lái xe


Tuyệt đối không dùng 2 bộ phận này để lái xe! Trong mọi tình huống, bạn không nên chủ quan dùng khuỷu tay hoặc đầu gối để điều khiển vô-lăng dù chỉ là tạm thời trong phút chốc.

Chúng ta sẽ không thể biết được có tình huống nguy cấp gì diễn ra khi tham gia giao thông, bởi thế các tình huống nguy cấp cần phải được xử lý nhanh chóng và chắc chắn bằng đôi tay kết hợp với chân.

Nếu chủ quan dùng đầu gối và khuỷu tay, bạn sẽ không thể kịp thời xử lý tình huống một cách an toàn được.

Dừng xe đổi lái làm chi?

Những chuyến đi ngắn, đi học đi làm, chạy sang thành phố sát bên vv... Đoạn đường chỉ có bấy nhiêu mà tài xế lại để cho người kế bên "ru" mình ngủ theo thì quá tệ rồi, khỏi cần ngủ thì tài xế như vậy cũng thừa khả năng gây tai nạn mà.

Những chuyến lái đi xa mới thực sự mệt và dễ buồn ngủ hơn, trong chuyến đường dài người ta thường hay rủ thêm bạn để phụ mình lái xe nữa kìa.

Nhưng nếu bắt ai nấy đều phải gồng lên thức chung với nhau, cái đó mới là dễ bay xuống đèo...

Hahaha.... Điều này đi ngược lại sở thích của người Tây Phuong đó! Họ rất thích khi lái xe có man's best friend đi theo, ngoại trừ đi làm.

Tui lái xe rất nghiêm chỉnh đàng hoàng mà người đẹp ngồi kế bên ưa kéo fermeture quần tui vì muốn cho tui mát ..được hôn có vi phạm hôn...

A tui nhớ ra rùi mốc chuối ra ăn có vi phạm về vụ cắm ăn uống khi lái xe hôn...nhiều khi lái xe đường dài móc chuối ra ăn cho bớt buồn ngủ nửa..là chuyện bình thường mà....
