The lawsuits and evidence keep on coming.

Arizona Governor Ducey has now just been hit with a lawsuit requesting him to decertify the election results.

The suit is being led by Sydney Powell and other GOP leaders after the Trump campaign found more evidence regarding election fraud in their latest legislative hearing in Arizona.


President Trump even weighed in on the ongoing fraud and was quoted saying “In Arizona, it turns out that 3% of the votes cast in the 100 count vote sampling were tainted or worse”.

In Arizona, it turns out that 3% of the votes cast in the 100 count vote sampling were tainted or worse. This would be, if carried forward, approximately 90,000 votes more than we would need to win the State. Now we were granted a much larger sample to work with. Wow!

Arizona Governor Ducey and Secretary of State Katie Hobbs are facing a lawsuit by federal officials to bring to light alleged massive fraud during this year’s General Elections.

A group of officials from around the country say the governor manipulated Arizona’s vote to manufacture an election in favor of President-elect Joe Biden.

Attorneys for the plaintiff claim “the fraud was executed by many means, but the most fundumentally troubling, insidious and egregious ploy was the systemic adaptation of old fashioned ‘ballot stuffing’”.

The federal officials claiming fraud say this was most prevalent in Maricopa County.

Among the reasons for filing the lawsuit, the officials say Arizona violated election laws and practices by discriminating against voters for President Trump and other Republican candidates.

Just moments before he walked into a press briefing Wednesday, Arizona Governor Ducey became a defendant in the latest and now fifth lawsuit taking aim at Arizona’s election results.

Information the Trump campaign obtained in its Monday meeting with Arizona legislators at the Hyatt is now the basis of this latest challenge asking the courts to throw out Arizona’s election results.
