Bản án dành cho ông chủ WikiLeaks Jullian Assange là 50 tháng tù liên quan đến việc ông trốn tránh giới chức Anh hồi năm 2012.

Ṭa án Southwark Crown ở London ngày 1/5 kết án Jullian Assange 50 tuần tù v́ vi phạm quy định tại ngoại vào năm 2012. Assange khi đó vào đại sứ quán Ecuador tại London ẩn náu sau khi thẩm phán Anh yêu cầu dẫn độ ông này sang Thụy Điển để đối mặt cáo buộc tấn công t́nh dục và cưỡng hiếp hai phụ nữ. (Thụy Điển tháng 5/2017 dừng điều tra Assange về những cáo buộc này).

Assange, công dân Australia 47 tuổi, ngày 11/4 bị Anh bắt sau khi Ecuador hủy cơ chế tị nạn chính trị cho ông.

Năm 2006, Assange sáng lập Wikileaks - tổ chức phi lợi nhuận quốc tế chuyên công bố các thông tin ṛ rỉ. WikiLeaks năm 2010 gây chấn động toàn cầu khi công bố hàng ngh́n tài liệu mật từ Lầu Năm Góc đề cập tới hoạt động của quân đội Mỹ ở Iraq và Afghanistan. Cùng năm, WikiLeaks tiếp tục tung ra hơn 250.000 tài liệu của Bộ Ngoại giao Mỹ chứa những đánh giá nhạy cảm về các chính phủ và chính trị gia nước ngoài.

Jullian Assange đang đối mặt nguy cơ bị dẫn độ sang Mỹ. Washington ngày 11/4 cáo buộc Assange xâm nhập vào máy tính của chính phủ, liên quan đến vụ ṛ rỉ năm 2010. Ông có thể phải ngồi tù 5 năm nếu bị ṭa án Mỹ phán quyết có tội.

Không biết 50 tháng hay 50 tuần cái nào mới đúng, nhưng nếu ngày xưa ông Assange này ở tù luôn cho tiện th́ hôm nay ổng đă măn án rồi.

Mấy năm nay sống trong pḥng của Ecuador th́ cũng giống như ở tù mà thôi.

Vậy cũng đúng. Chứ phạt 50 tháng cho tội "vi phạm quy định tại ngoại" là quá nhiều.

Và ở đây th́ trong bài viết mới đúng, chứ cái câu chêm thêm ở trên đầu là trớt quớt hahaaaa...
