Default Sắp được giải quyết lãi 200 triệu/ngày, nhà Cường Đôla vẫn bế tắc
Với việc giảm giá cổ phiếu này, trong vòng 1 tuần, mẹ con nhà Cường Đôla đã mất đi 36,78 tỷ đồng.

Ngày 23/9/2013, UBND TP.HCM đã chủ trì cuộc họp để giải quyết những thắc mắc của bà Nguyễn Thị Như Loan, mẹ Cường Đôla, Chủ tịch Hội đồng Quản trị Quốc Cường Gia Lai (QCG) về việc các cơ quan chức năng TP.HCM chậm xem xét chuyển đổi một dự án của công ty này từ căn hộ lớn thành căn hộ nhỏ, khiến doanh nghiệp của bà Loan phải trả 200 triệu tiền lãi vay ngân hàng mỗi ngày.

Do tình hình thị trường BĐS quá khó khăn, không bán được hàng, QCGL đã xin chuyển đổi toàn bộ 300 căn hộ trong dự án này từ diện tích 120 m2 thành 60 m2; loại căn hộ 140 m2 chuyển thành 70 m2, từ 300 căn hộ lớn được chia thành 492 căn hộ nhỏ.Nhưng theo bà Loan, việc xin chuyển đổi “được trình lên mấy tháng rồi không ai giải quyết”.

Tuy nhiên, mặc dù có những diễn biến tích cực về việc giải quyết số tiền lãi này nhưng nó vẫn không thể khiến cho giá cổ phiếu của công ty tăng lên. Trái lại, trong 1 tuần vừa qua, cổ phiếu QCG liên tiếp giảm. Chốt phiên giao dịch ngày 20/9, cổ giá cổ phiếu QCG là 7.000 đồng/cổ phiếu. Tuy nhiên sang đến các phiên giao dịch tuần sau đó, với 1 phiên tăng giá và 4 phiên giảm giá, cả tuần vừa qua, QCG đã mất 600 đồng/cổ phiếu, đứng mốc 6.400 đồng/cổ phiếu.

Tính đến hết ngày 18/4/2013, bà Nguyễn Thị Như Loan đang nắm giữ 60.582.799 tương đương 47.67% cổ phần công ty. Cường Đôla có 537.500 cổ phiếu và Nguyễn Ngọc Huyền My nắm giữ 180.584 cổ phiếu.

Như vậy, tổng số cổ phiếu mà gia đình nhà Cường Đôla đang nắm giữ là 61.300.883 cổ phiếu, tương đương gần 50% số cổ phần của công ty. Với việc giảm giá cổ phiếu này, trong vòng 1 tuần, mẹ con nhà Cường Đôla đã mất đi 36,78 tỷ đồng.

2 má con nay chỉ trong vòng từ giờ đến cưối năm sẽ đi vào phá sãn . Thằng cường mặt chuột sẽ bị con hà đười ươi ly dị

Trước 75 miền Nam cũng có tham quan làm giàu bằng ăn bớt xén hàng viện trợ của Mỹ, nhưng chưa có ai phá hủy quốc gia như bọn này.
Lũ lụt, đất lở, hạn hán ... là hậu quả tàn hại thiên nhiên của bọn khốn nạn này. Tru di cửu tộc cũng chưa hết tội của đám đó.
