Những gian lận của CareOne Dental đă chính thức được cơ quan điều tra làm sáng tỏ. Điều này cũng có nghĩa 2 vợ chồng gốc Việt phải trả lại cho Medicaid 1 triệu USD. Dưới đây là 1 số thông tin đáng chú ư.Trong một cuộc họp báo mới đây, Bộ Trưởng Tư Pháp Bob Ferguson của tiểu bang Washington cho biết chính quyền đă đạt một thỏa thuận với hai nha sĩ và công ty CareOne Dental làm chủ văn pḥng nha sĩ của họ tại thành phố Vancouver. Ông Ferguson cho biết hai nha sĩ mà cũng là vợ chồng đă đồng ư bồi hoàn $1 triệu Mỹ kim liên quan sự việc họ bị truy tố tội gian lận chương tŕnh Medicaid.

Bộ Tư Pháp nói rằng đây là vụ bồi hoàn lớn hàng thứ nh́ về sự gian lận chương tŕnh Medicaid từng có tại tiểu bang Washington.

Hai nha sĩ là Bác Sĩ Đỗ Liêm và Bác Sĩ Trần Phương Oanh. Họ sẽ trả lại $1 triệu cho quỹ Medicaid của tiểu bang. Hai vợ chồng này từng điều hành bốn văn pḥng nha sĩ trong vùng Tây Nam Washington và hai tại Oregon. Thành phố Vancouver nằm sát ranh giới tiểu bang Oregon. Giờ đây họ chỉ c̣n một văn pḥng nha sĩ tại Vancouver, là cơ sở All Clear Dental nằm ở số 5409 N.E. St. Johns Road, theo thông cáo của Bộ Tư Pháp.

Ngoài số tiền bồi thường nói trên, Dr. Liêm Đỗ cũng đồng ư tự nguyện không tham gia các chương tŕnh trợ cấp y tế Medicaid và Medicare.

Ông Liêm và bà Oanh vẫn được Bộ Y Tế tiểu bang cấp giấy phép hành nghề nha sĩ. Hiện nay th́ bác sĩ Liêm vẫn đang bị giám sát trong lúc hành nghề theo lệnh được đưa ra vào năm 2017. Lệnh đó liên quan đến một sự việc xảy ra trong năm 2015, khi ông Đỗ Liêm đă nhổ 10 chiếc răng của một bệnh nhân trong lúc người này đang chịu thuốc mê.



Bác Sĩ Đỗ Liêm và vợ Bác Sĩ Trần Phương Oanh trong h́nh lấy từ trang web của công ty CareOne Dental Corporation ngày 10 tháng 9, 2015, chiếu trên đài KOIN TV.


Theo hai viên chức thuộc các ban điều tra gian lận của Medicaid, là ông Matt Kuehn và ông Karl Sloan, họ ước lượng 12.6 phần trăm hóa đơn chữa răng từ công ty CareOne Dental gởi đến Medicaid là hóa đơn gian lận.

Bộ Trưởng Tư Pháp Ferguson đă nạp đơn kiện tại Ṭa Thượng ThẩmClark County Superior Court vào tháng Chín 2015, sau khi nhận được thông báo từ cơ quan y tế của Washington.

Theo đơn kiện, Bác Sĩ Đỗ Liêm và Bác Sĩ Trần Phương Oanh đă gởi hóa đơn tính tiền Medicaid cho những dịch vụ mà Medicaid không trả hoặc không được cung cấp tại cơ sở nha khoa của họ. Tổng số tiền gian lận lên tới khoảng $1 triệu Mỹkim mà Medicaid đă trả từ tháng Giêng 2011 đến tháng Sáu 2015.

Nào nào ... mọi người đừng vội vàng đánh giá và kết luận thằng này là CS.

Nếu nh́n kỹ một chút sẽ thấy thằng này không theo một đảng nào hết (DC, CH, hay CS) mà nó chỉ bợ và liếm có một ḿnh Trump và chỉ Trump mà thôi (ONLY TRUMP) giống như thằng đại bác quái thai trong forum này đây.

Sao mày biết cặp này "tối ngày chữi CS" mà mày dám phọt ra những lời đầy chất 1-SVPK hả mạy?
Bài viết nói rỏ rang là "tối ngày chỉ biết nhổ răng" va có lúc nhồ 10 cái răng 1 lượt... đúng là thứ mù chưa biết đọc hết bài viết
