Nhiều người sử dụng mạng xă hội ở Việt Nam những ngày qua đă sử dụng h́nh ảnh hoa sim tím để tưởng nhớ các chiến sỹ Việt hy sinh trong Chiến tranh Biên giới năm 1979.

Trong khi đó, gần tới ngày 17/2, báo chí trong nước hầu như không đề cập ǵ tới cuộc chiến gây thương vong lớn giữa hai nước láng giềng từng được coi là có mối quan hệ ‘môi hở răng lạnh’.


Bài báo về sự kiện Chiến tranh Biên giới trên tờ Petro Times đă bị gỡ bỏ.

Lănh đạo một tờ báo ở Việt Nam nói với VOA Việt Ngữ với điều kiện không nêu danh tính rằng cơ quan ông đă nhận được một chỉ thị mật từ Ban Tuyên giáo Trung ương liên quan tới việc đưa tin về Cuộc chiến Biên giới Việt – Trung.

Nhà báo này nói rằng nhiều cơ quan báo chí lớn ở Việt Nam đă chuẩn bị sẵn các bài viết về sự kiện xảy ra năm 1979, nhưng hiện đang ở trong t́nh thế ‘tiến thoái lưỡng nan’.

Khi được hỏi về sự dè dặt này, giáo sư Carl Thayer của Học viện Quốc pḥng Úc nói rằng Hà Nội không muốn thu hút sự chú ư tới một thực tế là Trung Quốc đă xâm lược Việt Nam trong cuộc chiến hơn 35 năm trước v́ không muốn nó làm tổn hại quan hệ song phương.

Ông nói: “Tinh thần dân tộc là một con dao hai lưỡi. Nó có thể thúc đẩy đoàn kết dân tộc nhưng đồng thời cũng có thể được sử dụng để chống lại Trung Quốc, một kẻ thù từng xâm lược và tấn công Việt Nam. Chính v́ thế, cả hai nước muốn bỏ qua giai đoạn này trong lịch sử và không giải thích rơ chuyện ǵ đă xảy ra”.

Chuyên gia người Úc hiện đang có mặt ở Việt Nam để chuẩn bị trả lời một kênh truyền h́nh dành cho giới trẻ về cuộc chiến.
Ông cho VOA Việt Ngữ biết rằng bản thân ông khá ngạc nhiên v́ lời mời xuất hiện trên sóng truyền h́nh quốc gia để nói về sự kiện xảy ra năm 1979.

Theo nhà nghiên cứu này, ông đă biết được các thông tin về việc Bắc Kinh không muốn các cuộc kỷ niệm sự kiện đẫm máu trên biên giới biến thành một cuộc công kích chống Trung Quốc.

Ông nói: “Trung Quốc và Việt Nam đă b́nh thường hóa quan hệ 10 năm sau cuộc chiến biên giới và mối bang giao này đă tiến xa. Hai năm trước, họ c̣n đạt một thỏa thuận định hướng dư luận để không làm biển Đông và các vấn đề khác gợi lại giai đoạn sóng gió trước đây. Việt Nam lo ngại việc kỷ niệm cuộc chiến biên giới có thể biến thành một cuộc công kích chống Trung Quốc cũng như sự công kích rằng chính phủ Việt Nam đă không làm đủ để tưởng nhớ những hy sinh trong cuộc chiến”.

Ông Thayer c̣n nói thêm rằng Trung Quốc không bao giờ ngần ngại phàn nàn với phía Việt Nam mỗi khi có sự kiện có thể được sử dụng để khơi gợi tinh thần chống Bắc Kinh.

Vài ngày trước đây, phiên bản điện tử của tờ Petro Times đă cho đăng tải bài viết với tựa đề ‘Biên niên sự kiện chiến tranh bảo vệ biên giới phía Bắc 1979’, trong đó có dẫn lời của ông Đặng Tiểu B́nh nói ‘dạy cho Việt Nam’ một bài học.

Tuy nhiên, cho tới tối ngày 12/2, bài viết này ‘đă bị gỡ bỏ’ theo như thông báo hiển thị khi click vào bài báo. Tờ báo thuộc Tập đoàn Dầu khí Việt Nam không giải thích lư do.

Một năm trước, nhiều tờ báo lớn ở trong nước cũng đă có một loạt bài đánh dấu ngày xảy ra Chiến tranh Biên giới Việt – Trung.

Mới đây, khi phát biểu tại một trung tâm nghiên cứu chính sách có uy tín ở thủ đô Washington DC của Mỹ, đại sứ Việt Nam tại Mỹ, ông Nguyễn Quốc Cường, nói rằng Hà Nội muốn có mối bang giao tốt đẹp với nước láng giềng lớn của Việt Nam.

Ông cũng đề cập tới việc năm ngoái, giới lănh đạo hai nước lần đầu tiên sử dụng đường dây nóng Việt – Trung sau nhiều năm thiết lập, dẫn tới các đồn đoán cho rằng phía Bắc Kinh đă nhân dịp đó ‘nhắc nhở’ Hà Nội về các vấn đề gây trở ngại cho quan hệ giữa hai quốc gia.

Ông Cường cũng nói về mối quan hệ đối tác toàn diện với Trung Quốc, nhưng cũng công khai thừa nhận hai bên vẫn c̣n những bất đồng.
Nhà ngoại giao này nói: "Tôi cũng phải nói rằng chúng tôi [Việt Nam – Trung Quốc] vẫn có quan điểm hết sức khác nhau về các tuyên bố chủ quyền ở biển Đông. Chúng tôi đă thể hiện mối quan ngại của chúng tôi. Chúng tôi đă nhiều lần lặp lại quan ngại của chúng tôi về các động thái gần đây của Trung Quốc ở biển Đông như lệnh cấm đánh bắt cá chẳng hạn”.

Tháng trước, một cuộc xuống đường của người dân để tưởng nhớ một sự kiện đẫm máu ở quần đảo Hoàng Sa xảy ra 40 năm trước giữa hai quốc gia đă bị chính quyền địa phương giải tán.
Tin cho hay, hiện một số nhà hoạt động ở trong nước cũng đang tính tới việc tổ chức kỷ niệm Chiến tranh Biên giới.

bọn lảnh đạo nhà nước việt nam là bọn cỏng rắn cắn gà nhà , bọn chúng quay lưng phẩn bội những chiến sỉ và đồng bào hy sinh bảo vệ tổ quốc chống trung quốc năm 79 , bọn lảnh đạo nhà nước việt nam cam tâm làm chó săn cho trung quốc , cho nên bọn chúng không c̣n nhớ những công lao mà các chiến sỉ v́ nước quên ḿnh , lủ lảnh đạo nhà nước vn hèn với giặc ác với nhân dân là bọn cọng sản việt nam

Tin cho hay, hiện một số nhà hoạt động ở Hải ngoại cũng đang tính tới việc tổ chức kỷ niệm Chiến tranh Biên giới.Để vinh danh những Bộ đội Việt Nam Anh Dũng đánh lui quân TC băo vệ lănh thổ Việt Nam ,để đáp lại sự ủng hộ cuă đồng bào trong nước.

Nothing is wrong with commemorating the heroes that laid down their lives in the protection and defense against foreign invader (China). It has nothing to do with our civil war. Unfortunately, this is not what the Party (CSVN) wants b/c it would clearly set a precedent that CSVN was never there to defend VN. Lip service is great, but abandonment speaks louder! Forty plus years ago, CSVN abandon the VN people and ancestral land. Now, CSVN is running away and cowering behind China skirt tail. That's one bright yellow streak! What a legacy of ....

Fact -

1) CSVN DID NOT even bother to show up to defend ancesteral land from Chinese attacks/invasions during our civil war some 40+ yrs ago

2) CSVN has been silent on the sideline w/ no declaration against Chinese's South China Sea claims

CSVN không muốn nhắc đến trận chiến 79 cũng như VNCH muốn quên đi sự phản bội cuă ngướ Mỹ, sự tráo trỡ đă khiến cho VNCH mất nước, hàng triệu người phải sông lưu vong, hàng trăm ngàn Quân Nhân phải vào trại cải tạo,sự mất mát lớn lao như thế do Mỹ gây ra, sao đám tàn dư VNCH không thù hân người Mỹ ,mà ngược lại ,họ cho đó đó số phận và mang ơn người Mỹ đă cho họ có cuộc sống sung túc như hôm nay,có phải họ là thứ bán nước cầu vinh không.
Người ta vẫn tôn sùng Nguyễn Huệ,v́ Ông đă đánh thắng quân thanh và thống nhất đất nước ,nhưng có ai thống kê là Nguyễn Huệ đă giết bao nhiêu dân Việt trong cuộc chiến thống nhất đất nước cuă Ông không?
"Nhứt Tướng công thành ,vạn cốt khô" chuyện này không thể tránh.
C̣n nói đến thành qủa th́ chúng ta cũng đă thấy rơ ràng rồi.
_VNCH theo Mỹ 20 năm,kết quả là nước mất nhà tan,lang thang nước người.
_CSVN theo tàu bao nhiêu năm kết qủa là họ đă được tất cả những ǵ họ muốn : Quyền lực, tài lực và vữ lực ...ư lộn ....vũ nữ .....cũng hơng đúng ..thôi chờ chút để tui tra tự điển caí đă ,heheheh
Nói túm lại, corút té sông đă thấy thành qủa chưa.
