Default Sẽ có giải pháp để kiều bào giữ quốc tịch
Trước khả năng hàng triệu kiều bào mất quốc tịch do hạn chót 1/7 cận kề, các cơ quan chức năng đang rà soát các vấn đề liên quan đến thủ tục giữ quốc tịch để có giải pháp tối ưu.

Thông báo trên của người phát ngôn Bộ Ngoại giao Lê Hải Bình tại cuộc họp báo thường kỳ chiều nay 17/4 cho thấy có hướng giải pháp cho việc đăng ký giữ quốc tịch gốc của kiều bào.

Chiểu theo luật Quốc tịch 2008, 1/7 tới là hạn chót để người Việt Nam định cư ở nước ngoài không có hộ chiếu Việt Nam còn giá trị và chưa mất quốc tịch Việt Nam trước ngày luật có hiệu lực (1/7/2009) thì phải đăng ký giữ quốc tịch tại các cơ quan đại diện Việt Nam ở nước ngoài.

Quy định áp trong thực tiễn 5 năm qua đã trở thành vấn đề khi cận hạn chót, chỉ có khoảng 6 nghìn người đăng ký giữ quốc tịch trên tổng số 4,5 triệu người Việt Nam đang sinh sống ở nước ngoài.

Hiện nay các cơ quan chức năng đang tiếp tục rà soát các vấn đề liên quan đến thủ tục giữ quốc tịch theo luật, đề ra các giải pháp tối ưu phù hợp với thực tiễn để đảm bảo quyền và lợi ích hợp pháp của cộng đồng người Việt Nam ở nước ngoài - ông Bình cho hay.

Trao đổi với VietNamNet, TS Nguyễn Quốc Vọng, Việt kiều Úc cho hay, đối với tất cả người Việt Nam ở nước ngoài, ai cũng nghĩ mình là người Việt Nam và tự thấy có bổn phận và trách nhiệm với đất nước.

Theo ông, vấn đề đăng ký giữ quốc tịch chưa hợp tình hợp lý.

Ông cho biết, mục đích của ông về Việt Nam là để góp sức xây dựng đất nước phát triển.

Nhưng nếu sự hiện diện của những người như tôi là không cần thiết thì tôi sẽ về Úc.

"Nước ngoài nhìn người Việt Nam rất khác so với mình nhìn mình, nó liên quan đến tự hào dân tộc, tự hào dân tộc cho nên người ta mới có quốc tịch", ông Vọng tâm sự.

Xác định đây là vấn đề về lâu dài, ông mong muốn phải làm sao cho hợp tình hợp lý, cần cân nhắc nhiều khía cạnh.

Tụi này đúng là óc Heo mà. Hiện tại thì cái gọi là kiều bào của chúng đều đang cư ngụ tại nhựng nước như Campuchia, Lao, Thailand, Miến Điện, Nga, Tiệp Khắc, Trung Quốc thì may ra mới muốn giữ quốc nghiệt Việt Cộng.
Những người đang ở những nước tự do thì đang đăng ký xếp hàng ở bộ di trú để vào Quốc Tịch Mỹ, Anh, Pháp, Canada chứ ai thèm giữ cái quốc tịch cộng sản làm gì.

Ừ , một khi vô quốc tịt VN rùi thì các bạn không có nhân quyền , và luật pháp Mỹ ,nước ngoài khó cứu các bạn, mỗi khi bị việt cộng bắt giữ , các bạn nên biết cộng sản muốn bắt người bất cứ lúc nào không cân lý do , muốn tịt thu hộ chiếu như phóng viên Huyền Trang cách đây 3 ngày không cần l ly' do hay lập biên bản , hoặc thả người như Hà Vũ tù nhân chính trị trước thời hạn 4 năm ,và bây giờ thì luật việt công đã uy định tháng 7 này là hết hạn , rùi các bạn sẽ thấy cộng sản ta sẽ cho thêm thời hạn hoăc/ bỏ luật đó để người việt vao quốc tit bất cứ lúc nào cho coi , mới đây thêm vụ án chết người tại đồn côn an nữa , đỗ thừa là tự vận , trong khi đó nghi can và gia đinh đã tự tới đồn tự thú , nhìn lại luật của công sản như vậy cac/ bạn co nên tin tưởng để trao thân cho họ không? hay la trao trứng cho ác....theo tui không nên vao quốc tịt làm gì. quyền lơi đâu không thấy toan thấy quyền công sản ép dân thái hóa , ngay cả quyền căn bản công dân mà mình không có để sống mà làm sao có quyên lợi khac... túm lại những người thi hành luật pháp họ còn không tuân theo thì vào quốc tịt coi như đút đầu vào rọ.... không nên.... không nên....
