Sau khi Tổng thống Donald Trump tuyên bố sẽ tăng thuế với 200 tỷ USD hàng hóa của Trung Quốc, Bắc Kinh thực sự sốc và đang cân nhắc hủy đàm phán thương mại với Washington trong tuần này.

Trong một bình luận trên Twitter ngày 5/5, Tổng thống Mỹ Donald Trump cho biết, Mỹ sẽ tăng thuế từ 10% lên 25% đối với 200 tỷ USD hàng hóa của Trung Quốc từ ngày 10/5 và có thể đánh thuế tiếp với 325 tỷ USD khác của Bắc Kinh với lý do các cuộc đàm phán thương mại song phương tiến triển "quá chậm".

Trung Quốc hiện chưa đưa ra phản hồi chính thức về tuyên bố này của Tổng thống Trump. Tuy nhiên, Thời báo phố Wall (WSJ) dẫn nguồn thạo tin cho biết, Bắc Kinh đang cân nhắc hủy các cuộc đàm phán thương mại dự kiến diễn ra trong tuần này với Washington. Nguồn tin nói rằng, phương án hủy đàm phán này dựa trên chiến lược của Trung Quốc là "không đàm phán khi bị đe dọa".

Theo kế hoạch ban đầu, Phó Thủ tướng Trung Quốc Lưu Hạc trong tuần này sẽ dẫn đầu phái đoàn Trung Quốc tới Washington để nối lại vòng đàm phán thương mại giữa hai nước.

Hu Xijin, tổng biên tập của Thời báo Hoàn cầu của Trung Quốc, hôm nay cũng bình luận trên Twitter rằng Phó Thủ tướng Lưu Hạc "nhiều khả năng" sẽ không đến Mỹ trong tuần này sau khi Tổng thống Trump "dọa" tăng thuế với 200 tỷ USD hàng hóa Trung Quốc. "Hãy để ông Trump tăng thuế. Hãy chờ xem liệu có thể nối lại các cuộc đàm phán".

Giới chức Mỹ và Trung Quốc đã ra sức đàm phán để ngăn chặn nguy cơ tái diễn chiến tranh thương mại sau khi hai bên đã áp thuế lên hàng trăm tỷ USD hàng hóa của nhau hồi năm ngoái.

Mặc dù, giới chức hai bên khẳng định đã đạt được những tiến triển đàm phán đáng kể kể từ khi thỏa thuận đình chiến thương mại hồi tháng 12/2018, song nguồn thạo tin nói rằng các cuộc đàm phán này tiếp tục bế tắc khi Bắc Kinh và Washington vẫn không thể tìm ra tiếng nói chung trong một số vấn đề. Phía Trung Quốc được cho là đã rút lại một số điều khoản đã thỏa thuận trước đó.

Bác nghĩ có nên...trừng phạt tụi Chệt này không bác?
Vì mấy sách mà Trâm đưa ra, hình như chẳng ép phê gì với Chệt cả.

tui dám cá rằng mấy thằng này bây giờ nó không còn sợ nữa đâu .. chai rồi .. thằng heo không sợ thì còn thằng nào sợ nũa . chắc chỉ còn thằng việt cộng là sợ bác trâm thôi .. vì chử trâm với chử hồ thấy giống y chang .. chuyên môn đi hù doạ mấy thằng con nít .. hahah
