Sáng 16.5, Đoàn công tác Bộ Công an do Đại tướng Trần Đại Quang, Uỷ viên Bộ Chính trị, Bộ trưởng Bộ Công an làm trưởng đoàn đă có buổi làm việc với lănh đạo tỉnh B́nh Dương...

Đoàn công tác Bộ Công an do Đại tướng Trần Đại Quang, Uỷ viên Bộ Chính trị, Bộ trưởng Bộ Công an làm trưởng đoàn đă có buổi làm việc với lănh đạo tỉnh B́nh Dương về ổn định t́nh h́nh an ninh trật tự trên địa bàn và ưu tiên phục hồi sản xuất kinh doanh của các doanh nghiệp trong và ngoài các khu, cụm công nghiệp.


Bộ trưởng Bộ Công an Trần Đại Quang chỉ đạo công tác đảm bảo an ninh trật tự tại B́nh Dương.

Tại buổi làm việc, Bộ trưởng Trần Đại Quang chỉ đạo Công an B́nh Dương cần nhanh chóng phân loại hàng trăm đối tượng có hành vi quá khích bị tạm giữ. Và sớm kết luận điều tra khởi tố những đối tượng cầm đầu vi phạm nghiêm trọng pháp luật sớm đưa ra xét xử đúng theo pháp luật. Bộ trưởng Bộ Công an khẳng định Nhà nước Việt Nam không dung túng các đối tượng lợi dụng việc bảo vệ chủ quyền quốc gia để gây rối phá hoại đi ngược lại truyền thống yêu chuộng hoà b́nh của người Việt Nam và t́nh hữu nghị tốt đẹp giữa nhân dân hai nước Việt Nam-Trung Quốc.

Bộ trưởng đánh giá cao sự chỉ đạo của lănh đạo tỉnh B́nh Dương kịp thời, chặt chẽ, sát sao trong xử lư t́nh h́nh xảy ra trên địa bàn, đạt hiệu quả và nhanh chóng ổn định b́nh thường an ninh trật tự. Bộ trưởng yêu cầu B́nh Dương tiếp tục có biện pháp duy tŕ trật tự an toàn xă hội bảo vệ doanh nghiệp, bảo vệ an toàn cho các chuyên gia từng bước phục hồi sản xuất kinh doanh, tạo việc làm cho công nhân lao động. Bên cạnh đó thực hiện tốt các chính sách chăm lo cho người lao động, nhất là lao động thất nghiệp đối với những nhà máy tạm nghỉ sản xuất.

Báo cáo với Bộ Công an, Chủ tịch UBND tỉnh B́nh Dương Lê Thanh Cung cho biết đến thời điểm này không c̣n công nhân nào tham gia tuần hành trong khu công nghiệp. Qua đánh giá việc tham gia tuần hành phản đối việc Trung Quốc vi phạm chủ quyền biển đảo Việt Nam trong các ngày qua lúc đầu diễn ra trong ôn hoà nhưng do một số đối tượng xấu lợi dụng chỗ đông người để kích động quay sang đập phá để cướp tài sản của nhiều doanh nghiệp. Các đối tượng gây rối trên đă bị tạm giữ để xử lư vi phạm pháp luật. Hiện an ninh trật tự, an toàn xă hội ở B́nh Dương đă trở lại b́nh thường, nhiều doanh nghiệp cũng đă từng bước hoạt động sản xuất trở lại.

Ông Cung cho biết thêm, những ngày qua các đoàn do lănh đạo Ủy ban Nhân dân tỉnh đă xuống thăm hỏi các doanh nghiệp và đă làm việc với các Chi hội các thương gia Đài Loan và được họ đánh giá chính quyền đă thực hiện đầy trách nhiệm sớm nhanh chóng đảm đảm an ninh trật tự; trong đó đảm bảo cho hàng trăm chuyên gia không ai bị ảnh hưởng trong vụ việc trên. Nhiều công chuyên gia tỏ ra cảm kích trước những người công nhân đang làm việc trong công ty của họ đă tốt bụng và xem là những người bạn tốt đứng ra bảo vệ giám đốc, chủ doanh nghiệp an toàn tuyệt đối. Những việc làm trên đă tạo ḷng tin cho các nhà đầu tư và họ tin tưởng vào chính quyền và hỗ trợ để các doanh nghiệp sớm khắc phục vượt qua giai đoạn khó khăn.

Hiện nay, các ngành đang tập trung vận động những người có hôi của, trộm tài sản của các doanh nghiệp giao nộp cho chính quyền để trả lại cho chủ đầu tư.

Hmm ... No protest against China. CSVN does nothing against incursion. CSVN arrest and beat protesters. Welcome to the reality of Hoe Hoe great society! ROFL

Time after time, CSVN has tuck in its tail in and slowly cower to China's butt cheek. LMFAO! Truly, the nobility, legacy and heritage of Hoe Hoe is as deep as the outhouse it has placed on top of people's head!


China message is relatively clear and simple -->


1) CSVN legal position is at best weak b/c CSVN was never there to defend these islands in 1974! Post 1974-75 Chinese possession of these Islands, CSVN did not voice any protest. Earliest protest was post '75.

China gained control of these Islands after defeating South VN in 1974 and therefore CSVN has no ground on this matter. China's legal basis under international agreements is purely base upon the furthest extent of these Islands, which the oil rig placement is approx. 17 miles from these Islands furthest extent

2) By rescuing its beleaguered nationals, CSVN approved sponsored protests, CSVN miscalculation of nationalism and indiscriminate destruction of properties and personnels' safety, China is clearly portraying to the world business communities that CSVN is not safe nor is it a long term investment place. And without these investments, CSVN is doomed. By running, groveling and kowtowing to Bejing and or Washington, CSVN has been outplayed by the US and China again.

3) CSVN has already lost if it does nothing. By negotiating and or acquiescing to China's ploys, CSVN still also lose b/c these Islands' claim will be forever lost to China. Internally and nationally, CSVN claims of legitimacy and its will and ability to defend national territory and heritage will always be questioned. The only way to win is to reclaim these Islands and or at least make its ownership definitely indeterminate! Bloody? Defintely!

China's long term goals and strategies are not to get into a bloody battle. This will definitely destabilized the entire region and its much needed demanded for economic growth and stability! China economic forecasts for itself have already indicated a slow down. Housing bubbles in the five biggest metropolitans, growing discontent between and among the poor and rising middle class, restructuring and transformation from a manufacturing economy to a more centric consumer economy, government supported industries reduction, monetary valuation issues, pollutions and environmental controls, discords in Hong Kong and Tibet, and etc ... may explode in China if it's not meticulously controlled. Thus, any nation can have a tremendous effect upon China's stability and long term expansionist strategies!

4) Short term --> these Islands and SCS Claims and control ...

.. Long term --> China's growth and expansion into easy access to much needed resources en route thru the South China Sea (SCS)

SCS access and control are now at the discretion of CSVN and the US.

Got to love the US strategy and tactics.
