Joe Biden đă nhàn nhă đạp xe ở Băi biển Rehoboth vào Chủ nhật.

“Không,” Biden nói.

Biden nói rằng t́nh h́nh ở biên giới "tốt hơn tất cả những ǵ bạn mong đợi."
