Thanh pho HCM sẽ thu mỗi hộ gia đ́nh 3.668 đ/m2/tháng để chống ngập.

Nghĩa là, đơn giá này áp dụng cho diện tích ngôi nhà của hộ dân. Ví dụ, nhà của bạn có diện tích 100m2 th́ bạn phải nộp 366.800đ mỗi tháng để nhà nước chống ngập, cho dù tháng đó chẳng có mưa gió ǵ. Lư giải tại sao người dân phải đóng tiền chống ngập. Tiến sĩ Hồ Long Phi giải tŕnh: “do người dân xây nhà, nên nước mưa không thấm vào ḷng đất trong phần xây dựng nhà ở đó, do đó xảy ra ngập”.






Ông Phi cũng cho rằng: “cũng như các dịch vụ công khác, người dân đi viện phải đóng viện phí, đi học phải đóng học phí, đi trên đường phải đóng phí giao thông…th́ tại sao chống ngập nhà nước phải bỏ tiền ra lo”.

Rồi đây giá nhà trọ sẽ tăng, giá cho thuê mặt bằng sẽ tăng v́ mỗi m2 đất phải chịu 3.668 đồng chống ngập. Mọi gánh nặng đều trút hết lên đầu nhân dân.

Khổ chồng thêm khổ!
