Tôi không ngạc nhiên về những cáo buộc của John Bolton bởi vẫn biết Trump là người như thế nào, nhưng trái với nhiều nhận định của giới báo chí tôi không cho rằng TQ (rất) muốn Trump thắng cử nhiệm kỳ thứ hai.



Đồng ư rằng dù ai thắng cử, chính sách của Mỹ sẽ vẫn tiếp tục gia tăng đối đầu với TQ. Nhận định cho rằng TQ sẽ dễ thở hơn v́ Trump đang phá hoại các mối quan hệ đồng minh (NATO, Nhật, Hàn) cũng đúng, nhưng có lẽ chỉ trong nhiệm kỳ đầu. Việc Trump đă/sẽ “đi đêm” với Tập cho mục đích chính trị hay thậm chí v́ lợi ích kinh tế cá nhân cũng đúng, nhưng Trump c̣n có những lợi ích khác lớn hơn. Thậm chí Trump “dốt” về quan hệ quốc tế/địa chính trị cũng chẳng sai, nhưng cái đó không quá quan trọng cho một người cổ súy isolationism (chủ nghĩa cô lập).

Trong nhiệm kỳ thứ hai, các tổng thống Mỹ thường quan tâm xây dựng legacy của ḿnh. Sau nhiệm kỳ đầu, nếu thắng cử tiếp, Trump sẽ hiểu những thứ như xây tường ở biên giới Mexico, trade war với TQ, phá Obamacare, thậm chí đề cử thêm conservative judge vào Supreme Court vừa khó/mất công vừa không phải legacy lâu dài. Tôi nghĩ legacy quan trọng nhất với Trump là dọn đường cho Ivanka hay Kushner thành tổng thống/senator trong tương lai, xây dựng gia tộc ḿnh thành một dạng Kennedys hay Bushes.

Nếu vậy trong nhiệm kỳ thứ hai Trump sẽ lùi dần về hậu trường để cặp đôi này “tham chính” nhiều hơn, sẽ lấn át cả Pence và Pompeo/Mnuchin, thậm chí thay luôn cả hai anh bộ trưởng này. Lúc đó chính sách anti-China, nhất là thông qua trade war/cold war sẽ là phương án dễ ăn nhất v́ được ủng hộ bởi cả hai đảng. TQ (và cả giới anti-Trump) hiểu rằng Ivanka/Kushner giỏi và không ngoan hơn ông bố, sẽ là đối thủ đáng gờm hơn nếu họ nắm trọng trách và tiếp tục theo đuổi chính sách anti-China. Công việc của Trump lúc đó chủ yếu sẽ là xem Fox News và tweet ủng hộ cho con cái.

Chỉ có một phương án mà TQ sẽ rất happy khi Trump ở lại là, cả House lẫn Senate rơi vào tay phe Dân chủ. Lúc đó chính trường Mỹ sẽ là một mớ hỗn độn, hai phe thay nhau đổ lỗi, kiện tụng, truy tố bên kia. Giấc mơ đẩy Ivanka/Kushner của Trump lên sẽ tan thành mây khói nên sẽ chẳng có chính sách đáng kể nào được thông qua, kể cả anti-China.

Tất nhiên là một người anti-Trump “thâm căn cố đế”, tôi không muốn và không nghĩ Trump sẽ thắng cử nhiệm kỳ thứ hai. Từ năm 2016 tôi đă cho rằng Trump thành tổng thống không lợi cho VN về lâu dài bởi ông ta sẽ làm suy yếu, thậm chí phá vỡ các trật tự/định chế/luật lệ quốc tế v́ tư tưởng isolationism. Nói TQ được lợi từ WTO th́ cũng phải nói VN được lợi không kém nếu không nói là hơn. Trump công kích ICC và các định chế quốc tế trong khi người Việt vẫn hi vọng chính phủ sẽ đi kiện TQ về HS-TS. Kiện ở đâu khi những ṭa án quốc tế không được nền dân chủ lớn nhất thế giới coi trọng?

Bởi vậy tôi hi vọng Biden sẽ thắng cử. Tôi nghĩ Biden sẽ không phải là một lănh tụ kiệt xuất, nhưng quanh ông ta sẽ có những người giỏi và đạo đức, ít nhất hơn đứt John Bolton.

Bọn bợ vàng ở Mỹ hằng ngày h́ hục bơm cái trái bong bóng " trump đánh tàu " để loè bịp mấy thằng ngu trong nước hóng chiện bằng mấy cái youtube câu cơm đến nỗi cả bọn ngu này tin răm rắp.
Hăy nh́n Venezuela, HK.. giờ đến chiện trump xúi Tập lập trại cải tạo Tân Cương.
Cần minh định 1 lần với bọn ngu trong nước : thằng điếm trump này nếu bán nước Mỹ để nó ngồi thêm 4 năm nó sẽ không từ chứ đừng nói VN. Nói ngay mất ḷng -
