Khi đánh giá một tổng thống , người Mỹ không giống người Việt Nam họ có những tiêu chí bằng những con số khách quan, trung thực khó chối căi.


Các tiêu chí dùng để đánh giá một tổng thống Mỹ là :"khả năng thuyết phục công chúng, lănh đạo khủng hoảng, quản lư kinh tế, đạo đức lănh đạo, quan hệ quốc tế, kỹ năng hành chính, quan hệ với quốc hội, tầm nh́n, đảm bảo b́nh đẳng cho tất cả mọi người và thành tựu sau nhiệm kỳ công tác."

Để so sánh một tổng thống này so với một tổng thống khác người ta căn cứ vào di sản để lại cuối nhiệm kỳ. Di sản đó là tăng trưởng GDP, tỷ lệ thất nghiệp, chỉ số lạm phát, số nợ công.

Theo các bảng thống kê dưới đây th́ nếu Trump vào tháng 11 này giao lại chính quyền cho tổng thống mới sẽ giao lại cái ǵ?

Đối nội :
- GDP giảm 132,9% tệ nhất mọi thời đại.
- Tỷ lệ thất nghiệp 10,3% cao nhất mọi thời đại.
- Chỉ số lạm phát của đồng USD cao nhất khiến giá vàng tăng cao nhất mọi thời đại.
- Tăng nợ công quốc gia b́nh quân 2000 tỷ USD/năm (4 năm 8.000 tỷ) cao nhất trong 45 đời tổng thống.

Đối ngoại :

- Chính sách ngoại giao tệ nhất mọi thời đại bởi tất cả các hiệp ước đa phương, các tổ chức quốc tế mà Mỹ lănh đạo đều bị phá hỏng.
- Các nước có tàng trữ vũ khí hạt nhân không bị làm cho suy yếu mà vẫn phát triển mạnh mẽ ( Iran, Bắc Triều Tiên).
- Tự do hàng hải có nguy cơ bị xâm phạm bởi Trung Quốc.
- Trung Quốc trở nên mạnh hơn hẳn thời trước đó, từ bỏ chính sách ẩn ḿnh chờ thời mà ban phát ảnh hưởng,lôi kéo đồng minh mạnh hơn.
- T́nh h́nh nhân quyền ở các quốc gia độc tài bị xâm phạm nặng nề. Hồng Kông bị Trung Quốc thu về sớm hơn 27 năm.

Do vậy chính phủ nào tiếp quản đống đổ nát sau khi chính quyền Trump để lại không những phải đối phó với dịch bệnh, nạn thất nghiệp,lạm phát, tăng trưởng GDP mà c̣n phải hàn gắn những ǵ hiệp ước, những tổ chức quốc tế mà Trump đă phá nát trước đây. Họ phải hất cẳng Trung Quốc ra để chiếm lại ảnh hưởng toàn diện nếu không muốn Trung Quốc tạo ra một thế giới đối lập mạnh hơn hẳn nền kinh tế Mỹ từ đó tạo ra một đồng tiền đánh bại đồng USD, một quân đội đa quốc gia mạnh hơn hẳn quân đội Hoa Kỳ.

Trong khi các DLV của Trump tự sướng với những thành tích vẽ vời hoang tưởng, những đ̣n đánh Trung Quốc chẳng tổn hại các chỉ số GDP, thất nghiệp,lạm phát của Trung Quốc th́ 170 nhà chính trị Hoa Kỳ trong đó có 22% thuộc đảng Cộng Ḥa đă xếp Donald Trump vào hạng chót trong 45 đời tổng thống Hoa Kỳ.

Các DLV sẽ bảo là do virus Corona nhưng trong lịch sử Hoa Kỳ không có đời tổng thống nào không có khủng hoảng: chiến tranh thế giới thứ nhất, thứ hai, khủng hoảng kinh tế thế giới, chiến tranh Triều Tiên, Việt Nam, chiến tranh lạnh, Iraq, ISIS, dịch bệnh H1N1, Ebola, Trân Châu Cảng,11/9...

Vấn đề là cách thức giải quyết khủng hoảng. Trump cho thấy không phải là một chính trị gia giải quyết khủng hoảng mà là chuyên gia làm cho khủng hoảng lan rộng hơn.

Đó là họ đánh giá Trump trước khi xảy ra dịch bệnh. Nếu đánh giá bây giờ th́ c̣n tệ hơn.
