Trong tuần qua có hai sự việc gây nhiều chú ư: Trước hết vào ngày 17.12.2020 tướng về hưu Michael Flynn cựu cố vấn của Tổng thống Trump đề nghị ban hành lệnh thiết quân luật để tổ chức bầu cử lại tại một số bang tranh chấp.

Một ngày sau, Bộ trưởng và Tham Mưu Trưởng Bộ Lục Quân lên tiếng: "Quân đội Hoa Kỳ không có vai tṛ ǵ trong việc xác định kết quả của một cuộc bầu cử ở Mỹ." Đặc biệt là phía các cố vấn của Tổng thống Trump phản đối những đề xuất thái quá của Powell và Flynn nhằm lật ngược kết quả cuộc bầu cử. Cuối cùng Tổng thống Trump đă gửi tweet viết về vụ thiết quân luật là tin tức giả mạo. Loan tải có ư đồ xấu !

Vào ngày 19.12.2020, Tổng thống Trump viết trên tweet kêu gọi biểu t́nh đại náo Hoa Thịnh Đốn vào ngày 06.1.2021: "Big protest in D.C. on January 6th. Be there, will be wild!". Nhưng ngày 06.01.2021 lại trùng hợp với ngày quốc hội sẽ họp để kiểm phiếu và công bố kết quả bầu tổng thống và phó tổng thống thứ 46 của các đại cử tri. Chủ tọa phiên họp kiểm phiếu tại quốc hội là Phó Tổng Thống Mike Pence " thực hiện nghĩa vụ hiến pháp để xác nhận kết quả bầu cử " nhưng - "bị Tổng Thống Trump coi nghĩa vụ này là sự phản bội"- Trump would view Pence performing his constitutional duty — and validating the election result — as the ultimate betrayal.

Theo báo Axios (22.12.2020)-"Một số quan chức hàng đầu trong ṭa Bạch Ốc nói với Axios rằng Tổng thống Trump, những ngày cuối cùng trong nhiệm kỳ của ḿnh, đang quay lưng lại với hầu hết mọi người xung quanh. Ông ta thường gay gắt với bất kỳ ai từ chối thảo luận về thuyết âm mưu hoặc cho rằng việc lật ngược cuộc bầu cử là giải pháp vô vọng. [...]

Mới nhất: Các đối tượng làm cho Ông ta phẫn nộ bao gồm Phó Tổng thống Pence, chánh văn pḥng Mark Meadows, cố vấn Nhà Trắng Pat Cipollone, Ngoại trưởng Pompeo và Lănh đạo Đa số Thượng viện Mitch McConnell.[...]

Trump cho rằng mọi người xung quanh Ông ta đều yếu đuối, ngu ngốc hoặc không trung thành - và Ông ta ngày càng chỉ t́m kiếm sự an ủi từ những người tán đồng về việc lật ngược kết quả bầu cử. [...] Trump đả kích tất cả mọi người: Tại thời điểm này, nếu bạn không biểu đồng t́nh trong việc "sử dụng Bộ An ninh Nội địa hoặc dùng quân đội để đi thu giữ các máy bỏ phiếu", thời tổng thống coi bạn là người kém cỏi và đáng chê trách.[...]

Trump cho rằng Pence không mấy quan tâm vào đề xuất lật ngược cuộc bầu cử - Ông ta cũng phàn nàn về hầu như tất cả những người làm việc cho Ông ta.

Vai tṛ của Pence vào ngày 6 tháng 1 đă bắt đầu ám ảnh trong tâm trí Trump, theo những người đă thảo luận vụ việc này với Ông ta chia sẻ . V́ Trump coi việc Pence thực hiện nghĩa vụ hiến pháp để xác nhận kết quả bầu cử - là sự phản bội cuối cùng-Trump would view Pence performing his constitutional duty — and validating the election result — as the ultimate betrayal." Về nhiệm vụ của Phó Tổng thống qui định trong tu chính án hiến pháp thứ 12, theo LAW & CRIME: "Hôm thứ Tư, Trump đă đăng lại tweet từ một trong những người ủng hộ ông ta kêu gọi Pence từ chối chứng nhận phiếu bầu của các bang Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania và Wisconsin, với lời lẽ sai trái rằng những bang đó không “nhận được một nhóm đại cử tri hợp lệ nào theo hiến pháp.”

Thật không may cho Trump, các chuyên gia về pháp luật cho rằng, theo hiến pháp Pence hoàn toàn không có thẩm quyền, hay cách nào khác, để ngăn chặn việc phê chuẩn các phiếu đại cử tri đoàn. Hiến pháp quy định rằng Pence “sẽ, trước sự chứng kiến của Thượng viện và Hạ viện, mở tất cả các giấy chứng nhận và các phiếu bầu để được kiểm nhận.” Chữ “Sẽ” trong điều khoản là mệnh lệnh rơ ràng bắt buộc phải được hoàn thành, khiến vai tṛ của Pence chỉ mang tính chất nghi lễ." Ngoài ra, vào ngày 26.12.2020 Tổng thống Trump viết trên tweet rằng " ...Courts are bad, the FBI and “Justice” didn’t do their job,...", phải chăng hàng tweet này gián tiếp xác nhận nội dung đoạn văn trên báo Axios rằng ".... những ngày cuối cùng trong nhiệm kỳ của ḿnh, đang quay lưng lại với hầu hết mọi người xung quanh" ? Và phải chăng Tổng thống Trump "đă quay lưng lại" với nghị sĩ Mitch McConnell (đảng CH) trưởng khối đa số tại Thượng Viện khi Nghị sĩ này công khai lên tiếng chúc mừng Ông Biden là Tổng thống đắc cử tại diễn đàn Thượng Viện, liền bị Tổng thống Trump viết trên tweet chỉ trích là đầu hàng quá sớm?

C̣n về mục đích Tổng thống Trump "kêu gọi đại náo Hoa Thịnh Đốn vào ngày 06.01.2021" sắp tới có phải là nhằm tạo áp lực lên Phó Tổng thống Mike Pence khi Ông ta "performing his constitutional duty" hay không?

Tôi chỉ mong sau ngày 20 tháng giêng đến, sau khi lăo già mafia bị hạ bệ, sẽ có nhiều mũi dao pháp lư chĩa vào hắn ta coi ổng sẽ chạy đi đâu. Phim bộ nhiều tập hay đến hồi kết thúc rồi.

Hể ai không làm vừa ư ḿnh th́ lên twitter nói xấu hay xa thải chê trách họ là yếu kém bất tài ! Vậy c̣n bản thân ông th́ sao ????
Một nước Mỹ từng dẫn đầu thế giới đang ngắc ngoải v́ biết bao nhiêu chuyện xảy ra mà ông trong cương vị là một tổng thống đương nhiệm làm được những ǵ ? Chỉ biết đi đánh golf và gào thét đ̣i làm tổng thống thêm ..... Có đáng không ??
Không biết có khi nào ông tự suy nghĩ mà cảm thấy hổ thẹn không vậy ?

Không biết trong ngày này có các cao thủ nào trong đây bay qua Đi Xi ủng hộ bác Trump không há? Nói ǵ th́ nói, biểu t́nh ôn hoà thôi nha, đừng đem theo súng ống, cho dù ch́ là súng nhựa và súng nước LOL! Và nhớ đứng xa ra đám Proud Boys, KKK, và nói chung đứa da trắng nào có mặt gian ác du côn. Tụi nó không ke nếu mít vàng ủng hộ ngài Trump của tụi nó đâu.
