Cặp vợ chồng người Việt ở Nhật Bản bị đuổi về nước v́ lư do không ngờ. Cho dù họ có khóc lóc, hối hận và giải thích th́ Nhật Bản vẫn quyết định trục xuất họ. Luật ở Nhật Bản rất nghiêm khắc, v́ vậy bà con đang sống ở Nhật cần cẩn thận.

Tôi biết câu chuyện xung đột giữa một cặp vợ chồng người Việt ở Nhật (người chồng visa kĩ sư, vợ visa theo chồng).

Một hôm vợ chồng họ căi nhau, người chồng đánh vợ, vợ chạy ra đường. T́nh cờ có một người đàn ông dắt chó đi dạo thấy chị vợ hớt hải chạy trong nhà ra, bèn gọi điện cho cảnh sát, chưa đầy 10 phút sau cảnh sát tới và dẫn cả hai về đồn lấy lời khai.

Từ tối hôm đấy vợ chồng bị cách ly sống riêng, một tháng sau anh chồng bị cơ quan xuất nhập cảnh thông báo không gia hạn được visa do viện kiểm sát báo lên. Cả vợ lẫn chồng phải dắt nhau về nước v́ lư do hơi lăng xẹt.

Lúc gặp nhau trong viện kiểm sát, hai vợ chồng thi nhau khóc cả hai tiếng đồng hồ. Bên viện kiểm sát họ để cho hai vợ chồng khóc thoải mái trong thời gian đó, và hỏi khóc xong chưa để họ đánh văn bản tiếp.

Hai vợ chồng tŕnh bày nghe "thảm" lắm. Chị vợ c̣n bảo: "Anh ấy chưa bao giờ đánh em, hôm đấy lần đầu tiên bị đánh, em chỉ chạy ra ngoài để anh ấy hết nóng rồi quay lại mà sự việc nó ra cớ sự này đây. Sau này có chuyện ǵ đi nữa em cũng sẽ không nói câu nào".

Người của viện kiểm sát lạnh tanh: "Tôi hiểu và thông cảm cho chị, nhưng luật nó thế biết thế nào. Thôi chịu khó về Việt Nam rồi t́m đường qua lại".

Điều đáng nói, anh chồng mới sang được hai năm, mất phí 170 triệu đồng chưa trả hết nợ, giờ bị buộc phải về nước chỉ v́ chị vợ khi khai ở đồn cảnh sát đă lỡ kư vào biên bản thừa nhận bị chồng đánh.

Qua vụ này mới thấy luật ở Nhật quy định rất nghiêm khắc, không thể đùa được.

Ở Việt Nam ḿnh nhiều ông rượu vào là về đánh vợ, thậm chí bố vợ vào can cũng bị đánh luôn chứ chẳng đùa. Bên này dạy con cũng phải ngó trước ngó sau, ra nơi công cộng lỡ đánh nó mà có ai quay phim lại th́ bị tước quyền nuôi con chứ chẳng chơi.

Bạo lực bị cấm và bị xử rất nghiêm khắc ở Nhật Bản, bất kể t́nh huống nào. Ra quán nhậu hay gây gổ nhau, thằng nào cũng hùng hổ nhưng không ai dám động tay chân trước, sẽ bị nhốt ngay.
