Old  Supseries Resize Ngồi xe Vinfast, chết dễ như bỡn
Tôi là một kỹ sư thiết kế xe, làm việc ở Nhật hơn 20 năm. Nói thật ḷng th́ ngày trước khi c̣n là sinh viên tôi cũng ấp ủ một giấc mơ chế tạo một chiếc xe Made in Việt nam. Nhưng từ khi vào làm cho hăng xe hơi Nhật tiếp xúc với công nghệ và cách làm việc của họ th́ tôi nghĩ giấc mơ của tôi khó thực hiện bời v́ phạm trù công việc để chế tạo một chiếc hơi rất rộng.



Nên khi tôi nghe ông Xuân Kiên giám đốc của Vinaxuki có giấc mơ chế tạo xe hơi Made in Việt nam hoàn toàn bởi người Việt th́ tôi rất khâm phục. Rất tiếc giấc mơ của chú Xuân Kiên không thành công trong cơ chế xă hội của chính phủ VN.


Lúc tôi nghe Vinfast làm xe hơi tôi cũng có cảm giác khâm phục, nhưng khi biết quy tŕnh làm xe hơi của họ th́ từ góc độ một kỹ sư thiết kế, tôi hoảng. Đó không phải là cách làm xe hơi, nói nôm na là một chiếc xe được thiết bằng miệng và truyền thông.


Theo thông tin đánh giá xe Vinfast từ trang Autoblog của Nhật th́ Vinfast mua sườn xe và động cơ model cũ không c̣n bán trên thị trường của BMW là X5 và Series 5. Động cơ N20 được BMW bán cho Vinfast là động cơ 2 lít 4 xy lanh có hệ thống Turbo tăng áp.



Tuy nhiên BMW không bán bản quyền computer điều khiển và tháo hệ thống Vavetronic nên hệ thống Turbo không hoạt động. Vinfast phải nhờ đến công ty AVL của Áo để độ lại phần mềm điều khiển nên công suất hoạt động không bằng động cơ nguyên bản chỉ tối đa là 175hp và 227hp cho mỗi loại. Truyền thông báo chí trong nước gọi quá tŕnh "độ" lại này của AVL là "Tinh chỉnh".


Đây là sự lừa bịp trên câu chữ. Các kỹ sư Vinfast c̣n lừa bịp khách hàng ở chỗ cho rằng AVL tinh chỉnh bằng chu tŕnh Atkinson, thực chất họ không biết ngay cả kiến thức cơ bản bởi v́ động cơ N20 là động cơ dùng nguyên lư phun trực tiếp, chu tŕnh Atkinson chỉ áp dụng ở trên các động cơ cũ những năm 90 sau khi nguyên lư động cơ phun trực tiếp ra đời bởi các giáo sư của Đại học Kyoto-Nhật th́ chu tŕnh Atkinson ngoài công ty Honda dùng chu tŕnh Atkinson cải tiến cho các loại xe nhỏ không cần công suất cao như Honda Fit th́ không c̣n được các hăng xe hơi Nhật sử dụng.


Hơn nữa động cơ N20 cũng không phải là động cơ tốt, nó chỉ xếp hạng 8/10 trong các loại động cơ gắn trên xe ở thị trường Mỹ năm 2011. Thậm chí nó c̣n không qua được kiểm tra về độ khí thải và tiếng ồn của Nhật nên không được bán trong các xe ở Nhật. BMW phải cải tiến lại thành động cơ N20B20B và B48 để bán ở thị trường Nhật. Hộp số th́ họ dùng hộp số 8 tốc của ZF cung cấp. Tức là một chiếc xe đầu gà đuôi vịt không đồng bộ bởi không có bản thiết kế hoàn chỉnh, thân xe và cửa họ cũng không có thiết bị dập, phải nhờ đến công ty AApico Thái Lan ở Hải pḥng dập giúp.


Theo tôi biết th́ Vinfast hiện tại không có pḥng thí nghiệm va đập nên thông số an toàn của xe Vinfast c̣n là một ẩn số. Thông thường đối với các mẫu xe mới trước khi đưa ra thị trường th́ người Nhật phải cho chạy test kiểm tra 24/24 tối thiểu 2 năm trong đường chạy thực nghiệm với địa h́nh đủ các loại hoàn cảnh để đánh giá độ an toàn.




C̣n Vinfast th́ mới năm ngoái c̣n thuê người vẽ mẫu xe, năm nay đă tung ra thị trường bán th́ họ quá coi thường sinh mệnh của khách hàng.

V́ thế, khi các bạn muôn xe này th́ hăng sẽ bao thầu về bảo hiểm nhân thọ, bảo hiểm cho người thừa kế.

Bài viết nói rất ṛ ràng , Ngồi xe Vinfast, chết dễ như bỡn.
