Nhà Trắng công bố danh sách phái đoàn công du chính thức của Tổng thống Mỹ Donald Trump gồm có 4 người con ruột, 1 con rể và 1 con dâu. Đây là thông tin gây bất ngờ do dư luận v́ một số người con của ông Trump không có vai tṛ trong chính quyền Mỹ hiện tại.

Theo Telegraph, trong chuyến công du Anh tháng 6, ông Trump dường như sẽ đưa 4/5 người con ruột và con rể sang và họ dự kiến sẽ dùng bữa tại quốc yến do Nữ hoàng Anh Elizabeth II thết đăi ở Cung điện Buckingham.

Cụ thể, Ivanka, Donald Jr, Eric và Tiffany Trump được cho là đều sẽ tham gia chuyến công tác 3 ngày cùng cha và Đệ nhất Phu nhân Melania Trump. Vợ ông Eric Trụmp, cô Lara Trump và chồng cô Ivanka Trump, ông Jared Kushner dường như cũng nằm trong danh sách công du lần này. Con trai út, Barron Trump, 13 tuổi, là người con duy nhất dự kiến không tham gia cùng cha mẹ và các anh chị.

Dự kiến, họ sẽ cùng dùng bữa tối tại Anh vào ngày 3/6 trong một buổi tiệc có 150 người tham gia gồm các thành viên hoàng tộc, chính trị gia, các cố vấn.

Nhà Trắng và Hoàng gia Anh chưa lên tiếng về thông tin nói trên.

Nếu thông tin trên là chính xác, th́ đây sẽ là quyết định gây bất ngờ của ông Trump v́ chỉ có duy nhất cô Ivanka cùng ông Kushner là quan chức trong chính quyền. Hai người là cố vấn cấp cao của cha.

Hai con trai Donald Jr. và Eric đang phụ trách quản lư công việc kinh doanh của cha tại tập đoàn Trump. Trong khi đó, cô Tiffany, 25 tuổi, đang là sinh viên trường luật Georgetown. Cùng với cô Lara, họ đều không có vai tṛ hay chức vụ trong chính quyền Mỹ.

Ông Trump khá coi trọng gia đ́nh Hoàng gia Anh. Ông thường nói rằng mẹ ḿnh, một người gốc Scottland rất “yêu quư và kính trọng” Nữ hoàng.

Tổng thống Mỹ cũng được cho là thường nhắc tới cuộc gặp đầu tiên giữa ông và Nữ hoàng hồi tháng 7 năm ngoái. Hai người đă dùng trà và trao đổi tại Lâu đài Windsor.

Theo Nhà Trắng, chuyến công du lần này của ông Trump sẽ kéo dài từ ngày 3-5/6 với mục đích "tái khẳng định mối quan hệ kiên định và đặc biệt giữa Mỹ và Vương quốc Anh".
