(Newsweek) – Tất cả các con của Tổng thống Donald Trump tham gia cùng phái đoàn chính phủ Hoa Kỳ trong chuyến viếng thăm chính thức Anh quốc đang gây ồn ào, và đặt ra câu hỏi về đạo đức.

“4 trong 6 người có mặt trên tấm h́nh này không phải là nhân viên chính phủ. Họ quản trị kinh doanh tư, là cố vấn vận động tranh cử. Tại sao họ lại tham dự buổi yến tiệc cấp chính phủ, đại diện Hoa Kỳ?” Giám đốc Pollster & Whitman Insight Strategies – Matt McDermott vào hôm thứ Tư đăng trên mạng Twitter h́nh Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump và vợ Lara Trump, Ivanka Trump và Jared Kushner và Tiffany Trump tại bữa tiệc ở điện Buckingham vào hôm thứ Hai.

Trump Jr. và Eric Trump giữ chức Phó Chủ tịch điều hành Trump Organization, trong khi Lara Trump là cố vấn vận động tranh cử 2020 và Tiffany Trump là sinh viên đại học trường luật George Town.

Nhà sử học trường đại học danh tiếng Cornell, Lawrence Glickman đăng lại ư kiến của ông McDermott kèm theo câu hỏi: Ai đang trả chi phí cho thân nhân của ông Trump tham gia buổi yến tiệc cấp chính phủ, đại diện cho Hoa Kỳ? Don, hai vợ chồng Eric và Tiffany, những người không giữ chức vụ trong chính phủ Mỹ, sẽ trả chi phí cho chuyến đi của họ?”

Một viên chức Toà Bạch Ốc vào chiều thứ Tư cho Newsweek hay, 4 người thân của ông Trump không nằm trong nội các chính phủ tự bỏ tiền túi chi trả cho chuyến đi. Toà Bạch Ốc hiện chưa hồi đáp câu hỏi về chi phí chuyến đi Anh và chi phí tham dự buổi tiệc tính theo mỗi người và toàn bộ là bao nhiêu.
Các chuyên viên đạo đức đặt dấu hỏi lớn đặc biệt đối với sự tham dự của Trump Jr. và Eric Trump tại buổi yến tiệc cấp chính phủ trước v́ họ là doanh nhân. “Mối quan ngại của tôi là Donald Trump Jr. và Eric là hai người con của Tổng thống đang điều hành kinh doanh tư, v́ công việc hàng ngày của họ là làm giàu cho Trump Organization,” Richard Painter – cựu luật sư về đạo đức dưới thời Tổng thống George W. Bush – chia sẻ với Newsweek vào hôm thứ Hai.

Ông Painter cho rằng, sự hiện diện của hai con trai Tổng thống “tạo ấn tượng rằng gia đ́nh ông Trump với tay ra những cơ hội kiếm lời cho công ty cá nhân trong khi ông bố đang hoạt động ngoại giao cho chính phủ Hoa Kỳ, và đó là cách anh giữ mối quan hệ tốt với Toà Bạch Ốc Trump, và rơ ràng là những thoả thuận công việc với gia đ́nh Trump.”

“Hai anh em nhà Trump có mối quan tâm trong việc làm ra tiền cho ông bố ở Anh quốc,” Phát ngôn nhân tổ chức giám sát Công dân v́ Trách nhiệm và Đạo đức – Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics – có trụ sở tại Washington cho hay.

Trump Organization hiện chưa đưa ra lời b́nh luận.

WH chính thức th́ nói họ bỏ tiền túi, c̣n các Ủy ban Giám Sát Đạo Đức có biểu đồng t́nh hay 0 th́ chưa biết, chờ xem bác à ! Nhưng nếu chi bỏ tiền túi nhằm phục vụ cho các dự án kinh doanh của Trump Organization th́ ....bác dư biết câu trả lời rồi há !
