Tỷ phú Bloomberg có ý định tranh cử tổng thống Mỹ nhưng lại vấp phải lời chế giễu của ông Trump. Trump gọi Bloomberg là "Michael bé nhỏ" và nói tỷ phú này sẽ sớm thất bại trong chiến dịch tranh cử.

"Dù không làm tốt, tôi nghĩ ông ta sẽ khiến cựu phó tổng thống Joe Biden bị tổn thương. Tôi không muốn đua với ai ngoại trừ 'Michael bé nhỏ'. Ông ấy không có phép thần thông nào để làm tốt trong chiến dịch tranh cử và 'Michael bé nhỏ' sẽ sớm thất bại", Tổng thống Mỹ Trump nói về cựu thị trưởng Michael Bloomberg tại cuộc họp báo ở Nhà Trắng ngày 8/11, trước khi lên đường tới thành phố Atlanta.

Tỷ phú truyền thông Michael Bloomberg nộp đơn tham gia vòng bỏ phiếu sơ bộ chọn ứng viên tổng thống của đảng Dân chủ tại bang Alabama vào giờ chót ngày 8/11. Tuy nhiên, Bloomberg chưa tuyên bố mở chiến dịch tranh cử.

"Michael đang có một số vấn đề cá nhân. Michael có thể đã chi rất nhiều tiền cho chiến dịch vận động song ông ấy sẽ không làm tốt lắm", Trump cho biết nhưng không nêu rõ vấn đề mà Bloomberg đang gặp phải. Nhà Trắng chưa bình luận về thông tin của Trump.

Michael Bloomberg, 77 tuổi, từng đảm nhiệm chức vụ thị trưởng New York năm 2002-2013. Bloomberg xem Trump là "mối đe dọa chưa từng có tiền lệ đối với nước Mỹ".

Khả năng Bloomberg tham gia tranh cử tổng thống Mỹ khiến các đảng viên Dân chủ có phản ứng trái chiều. Một số coi xu hướng chính trị ôn hòa của Bloomberg là trở ngại lớn với các đối thủ trong đảng Dân chủ như cựu phó tổng thống Joe Biden, nữ thượng nghị sĩ Elizabeth Warren và thượng nghị sĩ Bernie Sanders.

"Bloomberg thực sự tin bản thân sẽ trở thành một tổng thống tốt. Tôi cho rằng Bloomberg sợ việc Warren hoặc Sanders trở thành ứng viên của đảng Dân chủ và thua Trump", chiến lược gia lâu năm của đảng Dân chủ Joe Trippi cho biết.

Trump thường chế giễu và đặt biệt danh các đối thủ chính trị của mình. Trump đặt biệt danh "Michael bé nhỏ" cho Bloomberg do tổng thống Mỹ cao hơn cựu thị trưởng New York khoảng 17 cm.

Ích kỷ làm giàu cho bản thân,đánh bóng tên tuổi ,nợ ngập đầu cho dân mỹ gánh...và trừng phạt trừng phạt cho thiên hạ ghét...mệt rồi nên thay đổi người khác đi .
