(Washington Post) – Đệ nhất Phu nhân Melania Trump nổi giận, lên Twitter mắng Giáo sư Đại học luật Stanford Pamela Karlan v́ đă nói câu đùa liên quan đến cậu ấm Barron Trump.

“Một đứa trẻ vị thành niên xứng đáng được riêng tư, và nên giữ tránh xa khỏi chính trị. Pamela Karlan, bà nên cảm thấy hổ thẹn trước việc nối giáo quan điểm thiên kiến công khai rơ ràng và giận dữ, và sử dụng một đứa trẻ để làm chuyện này,” Đệ nhất Phu nhân bày tỏ.

Trước đó, trong phiên điều trần đầu tiên do Uỷ ban Tư pháp Hạ viện tổ chức, Giáo sư Karlan đưa ra quan điểm về ông Trump không phải là một ông vua. “Trong khi tổng thống có thể đặt tên cho con trai là Barron, ông ta không thể biến cậu ấy thành nam tước – baron,” bà Karlan chơi chữ.

Giáo sư t́m cách giải thích sự khác biệt giữa một tổng thống với một vị vua, sau khi Dân biểu Sheila Jackson Lee (Dân chủ – Texas) hỏi về quyền lực của ông Trump khác với một vị vua quân chủ như thế nào. “Tổng thống bảo Điều 2 Hiến pháp cho phép ông ta làm như vậy, đặc biệt, bất cứ ǵ ông ta muốn,” dân biểu Lee nói.

Karlan đáp, không phải như vậy, và đưa ra một ví dụ nhận được tràng pháo tay ủng hộ: Hiến pháp quy định, không có bất cứ danh hiệu cao quư nào ở Mỹ.

Giải thích chơi chữ, dí dỏm của Karlan cũng dẫn đến màn đối đáp nảy lửa với Dân biểu Cộng hoà Matt Gaetz (Florida). “Điều đó không làm cho lập luận của bà có uy tín,” Gaetz nói. “Nó làm cho bà dữ. Nó làm cho bà trông như đang tấn công gia đ́nh ai đó, con nhỏ của Tổng thống Hoa Kỳ,” Dân biểu chỉ trích.

Gần cuối phiên điều trần, bà Karlan xin lỗi v́ đă nhắc đến Barron Trump. “Tôi muốn xin lỗi về những ǵ tôi nói hồi đầu về con trai Tổng thống. Tôi đă sai khi nói như vậy,” Giáo sư Karlan nói. “Tôi mong Tổng thống cũng sẽ xin lỗi, rơ ràng, về những điều ông đă làm sai trái, nhưng tôi quả thật hối tiếc v́ đă nói vậy.”

Con mụ già Karlan như con chó dại, lúc đầu phát biểu là như con chó dại rồi, là giáo sư sao chẵng có tư cách củ nhà giáo, không biết Stanford sẽ xữ bà này thế nào ? Chứ như vậy khoa luật Stanford chỉ là khoa của “chó dại” thôi.
Lời xin lồi của mụ này đầy giả dối, Melania quá hiền, nê kiện bà này tội nhục mạ trẽ Nhỏ, child abuse ....

This woman is absolutely appalling. They actually have video of her from 2017 talking about her hatred of our President! She stated that when she was in Washington, as she was walking by the old Post office, now Trump Tower, she had to cross the street. She is nothing but a TRUMP HATER! This morning they also stated that she was put in for Supreme court nominee during Obama administration! GOD HELP US! CARD 2020!!!!

This is the exact reason why NO INSTRUCTOR on any level should ever have tenure. In her fervor to inflict harm on a duly elected President of the United States she disagrees with politically, this pompous, pandering, pedantic "Professor" attacked a 13 year old kid who's only crime was to be the son of a person hated by the leftists of this country. This twat should be nominated to be the spokesperson for the Democrat Party. She certainly exemplifies it.
