(Politico) – Luật sư đại diện Trung tá Lục quân Alexander Vindman vào thứ Bảy gay gắt chỉ trích việc Tổng thống Donald Trump công khai cáo buộc nhân chứng luận tội bị sa thải “không chịu tuân lệnh” và ṛ rỉ thông tin.

Trong một thông báo, luật sư David Pressman cho rằng, những cáo buộc của ông Trump “mâu thuẫn với hồ sơ nhân sự rơ ràng và toàn bộ hồ sơ luận tội mà Tổng thống biết rất rơ.” Ông Trump vào sáng thứ Bảy lên Twitter cho rằng, Vindman là một viên chức hàng đầu về chính sách Ukraine trong Hội đồng An ninh Quốc gia, nhưng “lại có vấn đề về phán xét, tuân lệnh cấp trên và ṛ rỉ thông tin.”

“Ông ta không chịu tuân lệnh, báo cáo nội dung những cuộc điện đàm hoàn hảo của tôi không đúng sự thật, và bị cấp trên đưa ra báo cáo khủng khiếp,” Trump nói về Vindman, ám chỉ đến lời khai của viên chức Hội đồng An ninh Quốc gia Tim Morrison hồi tháng 11. Morrison khai, ông ta quan ngại về đánh giá của cựu chiến binh được gắn huy chương, và cho rằng Trung tá Lục quân không phù hợp với việc đưa ra chính sách.

Vindman bác bỏ những tuyên bố của Morrison trong phiên điều trần của ḿnh. Ông bảo rằng, cả hai không làm việc với nhau trong thời gian dài, và tư cách nhà binh của ông có thể đóng vai tṛ trong việc xác định. Morrison sau đó đă từ chức trong thời gian Hạ viện điều tra luận tội.

Luật sư Pressman cũng chỉ trích các nhà lập pháp đă “im lặng” trong khi Trump “tiếp tục chiến dịch hăm doạ.”

Vindmand cùng với nhân chứng luận tội, Đại sứ Mỹ tại EU Gordon Sondland bị sa thải vào hôm thứ Sáu, trong một cuộc thanh trừng được các viên chức Toà Bạch Ốc gọi là “trả đũa” những người đă ra khai chống lại Tổng thống.

Một số khác, trong đó có cựu Đại sứ Mỹ tại Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch và người kế nhiệm, tạm quyền Đại sứ tại Ukraine Bill Taylor cũng rời Bộ Ngoại giao trong những ngày gần đây.

hahaa.. có chuyện hay coi nữa rồi .. thời cụ dummp vui quá có đũ thứ chuyện để coi .. cái này mà chơi gậy ông đập lưng ông mới vui .. cở lưng của cụ dump mà đập th́ chắc hết đi luôn nha .. hahaha

Khi nào Đảng Dân chủ thắng cử TT hay Thượng- Hạ viện Th́ sẽ lôi TT Trump và đám cận thần ra xử lại. Chính trị hay luật nhân quả ǵ th́ cũng chờ tháng 11 tới để biết.
