Hôm qua, nhóm Công tố viên liên bang chính thức đề nghị toà án bản án 7-9 năm tù với Roger Stone (trợ lư lâu năm của trump) sau khi bồi thẩm đoàn đă đưa ra phán quyết CÓ TỘI vào tháng 11/2019. Rạng sáng nay, trump tweet chửi nói bản án thật “kinh khủng”.


Hôm nay, Bộ Tư pháp đột nhiên tuyên bố sẽ GIẢM bản án với Roger Stone xuống c̣n 3-4 năm. Ngay lập tức (cách đây vài tiếng), 4 Công tố viên liên bang đại diện chính phủ trong vụ kiện chống lại Roger Stone đồng loạt gửi đơn từ chức như một thông điệp phản đối.

Rất nhiều cựu công tố viên liên bang có tiếng bày tỏ PHẪN NỘ với sự can thiệp của trump vào vụ án này, cho rằng hành vi này CHƯA TỪNG xảy ra ở Bộ Tư pháp. PHẪN NỘ hơn là Bộ Tư pháp, dưới sự lănh đạo của William Barr, đă chấp nhận biến cơ quan tối quan trọng này thành công cụ chính trị cho trump.

Nên nhớ, ra phán quyết Roger Stone CÓ TỘI không phải là thẩm phán hoặc đảng phái chính trị, mà là BỒI THẨM ĐOÀN. Người dân yêu chuộng dân chủ khắp nơi sẽ nghĩ ǵ khi tổng thống Mỹ có thể ra lệnh cho Bộ Tư pháp giảm vài năm tù đối với một tên tội phạm được chứng minh là có tội và cố t́nh phạm tội?

Trước đây, trump cũng liên tục tấn công, miệt thị Công tố viên đặc biệt Mueller, và cựu Bộ trưởng Tư pháp Jeff Session. trump là tổng thống đầu tiên trong lịch sử Mỹ đă LIÊN TIẾP tấn công, can thiệp vào các vụ điều tra của bộ Tư Pháp bằng sự lạm quyền trắng trợn, kèm các lời cáo buộc hàm hồ và dối trá.

Vai tṛ độc lập và liêm chính của bộ Tư pháp là BẮT BUỘC PHẢI CÓ đối sự ổn định của bất kỳ nền dân chủ nào. Một tổng thống thực sự có tinh thần dân chủ và tôn trọng tính độc lập của tư pháp sẽ KHÔNG bàn luận về các vụ án đang điều tra, công kích các công tố viên điều tra, và yêu cầu Bộ Tư pháp phục vụ ḿnh.

Trách nhiệm của bộ Tư pháp PHẢI là duy tŕ sự công bằng của pháp luật và thực thi pháp luật. Bộ Tư pháp có trách nhiệm bảo vệ Hiến pháp, KHÔNG PHẢI tuân thủ những ǵ Trump ra lệnh.

Trump nghĩ ḿnh là “vua” và tin rằng ḿnh đứng TRÊN pháp luật. Một tổng thống tin rằng ḿnh có quyền nhúng tay vào các cuộc điều tra của Bộ Tư pháp hoặc thay đổi bản án, th́ khác ǵ với bọn độc tài?

Hành động lạm quyền trắng trợn, đậm chất độc tài này khác ǵ với việc ĐCSVN hoặc ĐCSTQ ra lệnh cho bộ Tư pháp GIẢM ÁN với đồng đảng, tăng án với bất đồng chính kiến, hoặc công an can thiệp vào các cuộc điều tra?

Cách hiệu quả giúp cho bọn độc tài khét tiếng thâu tóm và cũng cố quyền lực chính là biến Bộ Tư pháp của chính phủ và nhánh Tư pháp thành công cụ chính trị. Và đó cũng là khi nền dân chủ hấp hối...

Xin t́m trong Hiến Pháp của Mỹ và chỉ ra cho những người ngu khờ như tui mục nào nói cho phép TT có quyền can thiệp vào một cuộc xử tại ṭa án Liên Bang (chớ đừng nói tới người phạm tội trong cuộc xử đó là quân sư của TT)?

Yeah. TT có quyền ân xá đồng "bọ" của ngài sau khi đă bị tuyên án, nhưng đó là điều không nên làm. Tại sao ? Tại v́:

Người ta nói "không biết th́ dựa cột mà nghe". Nói như người không hiểu biết th́ chỉ cho người thấy cái NGU của ḿnh thêm thôi.
