Hoa Kỳ có 19,495 thành phố (TP), tạo thành 3,141 Quận (County),của 50 Tiểu Bang + District of Columbia. Texas là TB có nhiều Quận nhất (254), California có (58) và Delaware chỉ có (3). Quận Cook ở Illinois, có nhiều TP nhất (134). Riêng Quận Cam có (34) TP hay ở Quận Los Angeles kế bên có (88) TP.
Mổi Quận kể trên đều có County Coroner riêng đễ lo cho dân từ các TP khi có người măn phần. Cơ Quan Coroner chuyên giữ ǵn xác chết và nhiệm vụ của họ là phải điều tra (autopsy by Medical Examiner) cho những cái chết nếu có nghi vấn, hay BS không biết chắc khi kư vào Giấy Khai Tử (Death Certificate) là người đó đă chết v́ bệnh ǵ?

Với t́nh h́nh hiện nay, hàng ngày các VP Coroner của từng Quận phải thông báo lên cho CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) đối với những cái chết v́ Đại Dịch COVID-19. C̣n những cái chết v́ bệnh khác th́ không cần như từ xưa nay.

Mổi ngày khi thông báo những con số chết chóc lên cho CDC, Coroner phải kư vào và chịu trách nhiệm về những dữ kiện này là người thật,việc thật.

Tính tới ngày 12 tháng 7, 2020. CDC có con số thống kê chính xác về COVID-19 từ các Quận Coroner của 50 TB gửi về như sau:

Nhiễm Dịch Corona: 3,236,130
Đă chết: 134,572
Ca mới nhiễm ngày hôm 11/7: 62,918

County Coroner không thể báo cáo láo được, nhưng vô ư sai lầm cũng có thể xảy ra

Nếu xác chết không phải đi qua Giảo Nghiệm Tử Thi do Medical Examiner thực hiện th́ BS phải kư vào Death Certificate ghi rơ nguyên nhân chết v́ lư do ǵ,bệnh ǵ? BS nào khi kư vô không thể ghi tầm bậy được v́ nó c̣n liên quan đến những vấn đề về Pháp Lư. Nếu BS đó cố t́nh ghi sai th́ hậu quả về sau có thể mất bằng BS, đă tốn cả chục năm đi học trường Thuốc như chơi. V́ thế có đáng khai man chuyện này hay không? Họ chẳng dại ǵ?

Khi BS ghi vô chết v́ COVID-19, nhưng người ngoài th́ cứ tưởng là chết v́ bệnh khác….rồi đi tuyên bố linh tinh.Khổ nỗi họ có là BS hay Y Tá đă từng điều trị cho bệnh nhân đă chết đâu mà biết?

Đồng thời nếu Nhà Thương a ṭng chỉ thị cho BS làm chuyện gian dối ấy, th́ cũng có ngày họ sẽ bị LS của gia đ́nh người chết, đi kiện Nhà Thương + BS cho nổ xác ra đó chứ? Có đáng hay không? Bên Mỹ có cả ngàn VP LS sẳn sàng lăn vào kiếm chuyện nếu họ có bằng chứng…Bởi vậy chẳng ai dại ǵ mà cố t́nh đi gian lận cả….

Death Certificate rất quan trọng.Nó liên quan tới Life Insurance, Business Policy Insurance, Probate, Will…v..v…

Mấy lần dịch trước Hảng Bảo Hiểm đă bị đền nhiều rồi.Họ biết ba cái đại dịch này sẽ bị đền nặng v́ quá nhiều người chết nên sau này họ đă gạch bỏ những lư do chết v́ bệnh tật do viruses, baterial, communicable diseases ..v…v..ra khỏi coverage. Ai muốn mua cho những thứ này phải trả thêm tiền, giống như hiện nay chủ nhà phải mua riêng cho Earth Quake. Nhưng ít có ma nào chịu mua thêm…

Đến năm nay th́ hỡi ơi Đại Dịch nó xảy ra thật.Chuyện ǵ sẽ đến đă đến y như các hảng BH tiên đoán….. Họ biết trước nếu phải đền cho mấy trăm ngàn người th́ họ sẽ xập tiệm.

V́ thế nếu có BS không thành thật mà đi sửa lư do chết trong Death Certificate, chẳng những bị mất bằng về Ethics lại c̣n vô tù v́ phạm luật Insurance Fraud nữa chứ… đừng giỡn mặt..LS sẽ lôi cổ bới từng đứa ở ngoài Ṭa ra cho coi..

Tóm lại: Nhà Thương hay BS mà dám sửa Death Certificate đễ kiếm thêm tiền từ Medicare/Medicaid/Hảng BH hay a ṭng với các hảng BH v́ không muốn đền cho gia đ́nh của người chết, rồi gán cho họ chết v́ dịch COVID-19 th́ có ngày …rũ tù…

Đúng vậy, Ở Mỹ chứ không phải xứ VC đâu mà muốn khai sao th́ khai trên giấy khai tử. Ở Mỹ mà chỉ cần sơ hở làm lộn hay khai mang một chút thôi, là nó mướn LS kiện tuộc quần luôn... Chỉ có cầm chuông lúc nào cũng nói "fake news" giống hệt như ông thánh Trâm vậy.

According to the report, Orange County Health Officer Dr. Raul Pino was asked whether two coronavirus victims in their 20s had any underlying medical conditions that could have potentially made them more susceptible to the virus.

Pino's answer was that one of the two people who was listed as a COVID death actually died in a motorcycle crash. Despite health officials knowing the man died in a motorcycle crash, it is unclear whether or not his death was removed from the overall count in the state.

Dr. Pino tells FOX 35 that one "could actually argue that it could have been the COVID-19 that caused him to crash."
