Cố vấn kinh tế của Trump là Stephen Moore trả lời phỏng vấn của báo The Daily Beast rằng ông rất là trầm cảm, và bản thân ông đă khuyên TT Trump là hăy chấp nhận thất cử và hăy tập trung làm những việc cần làm trong 2 tháng cuối nhiệm kỳ Tổng Thống.


Moore là môt trong vài người thân cận của Trump đă khuyên Trump hăy thua một cách tử tế trên mặt báo và công khai chất vấn chiến lược của Trump và Rudy Giuliani đă và đang tung ra đầy các thuyết âm mưu để bịa đặt về bầu cử gian lận trong đó liên hệ tới tỷ phú George Soros, tổ chức từ thiện Clinton Foundation, Hugo Chavez (cố Tổng Thống Venezuela) và một máy tính chủ ở Đức quốc.

Hai Thượng nghị sĩ Cộng Ḥa hôm Thứ Năm chỉ trích Trump về hành vi bám ghế không rời bất kể đă thua phiếu thê thảm trong cuộc Bầu Cử 3/11/2020.
