Nga chuyển hàng cứu trợ Ấn Độ giữa đại dịch covid-19

Tổng thống Nga Vladimir Putin cam kết, Moscow sẽ hỗ trợ Ấn Độ đối phó Covid-19 khi đại dịch đang tàn phá Ấn Độ với tốc độ khủng khiếp nhất từ trước đến nay. Theo Điện Kremlin, gói cứu trợ của Nga gồm 20 máy tạo ôxy, 75 máy thở, 150 máy theo dõi y tế, 200.000 gói thuốc.

Đại sứ quán Nga cho biết thêm, Nga sẽ chuyển các lô vắc xin Sputnik V đầu tiên cho Ấn Độ vào tháng sau và tiếp đến là thúc đẩy hợp tác sản xuất vắc xin này ở Ấn Độ.

Trong cuộc điện đàm hôm qua, Tổng thống Nga Vladimir Putin và Thủ tướng Ấn Độ Narendra Modi đã thảo luận về tình hình đại dịch ở Ấn Độ. Tổng thống Putin cam kết, Nga sẽ hỗ trợ mọi cách có thể để giúp Ấn Độ đẩy lùi đại dịch.

Ấn Độ đang căng mình đối phó đợt bùng phát Covid-19 nghiêm trọng nhất từ trước đến nay. Trong một tuần trở lại đây, Ấn Độ liên tục ghi nhận hơn 300.000 ca mắc mới mỗi ngày, trong khi số ca tử vong mỗi ngày xấp xỉ 3.000 ca.
