Thấy người đàn ông Nhật Bản sơ hở, Hoàng liền chạy đến dùng tay bóp vào bộ phận sinh dục rồi lấy điện thoại và ví tiền của khổ chủ.

Ngày 3/1, TAND TP.HCM mở phiên xử sơ thẩm và tuyên phạt bị cáo Mai Phước Hoàng (SN 1972, ngụ Q.1, TP.HCM) 3 năm tù về tội Trộm cắp tài sản.

Hoàng che mặt khi bị dẫn giải sau phiên tòa.
Theo cáo trạng, khoảng 21h ngày 8/8/2013, Hoàng đón xe ôm đến trước số nhà 71 đường Trần Hưng Đạo (P.Cầu Ông Lãnh, Q.1, TP.HCM) thì thấy anh Kenta Aiba và anh Fukagawa (quốc tịch Nhật Bản) đang đi bộ trên vỉa hè.

Thấy 2 du khách có nhiều tài sản, Hoàng nảy sinh ý định trộm cắp nên nói tài xế xe ôm dừng lại, đứng chờ ở góc đường Nguyễn Thái Học - Trần Hưng Đạo.

Sau đó, Hoàng đi bộ từ phía sau đến áp sát rồi dùng tay trái bóp vào bộ phận sinh dục của anh Kenta, còn tay phải thò vào túi quần móc trộm ĐTDD Samsung Galaxy S3 và chiếc bóp của nạn nhân rồi chạy đến chỗ người lái xe ôm đứng đợi.

Anh Kenta dù bất ngờ nhưng vẫn nhanh chóng đuổi theo bắt giữ Hoàng và tang vật giao cho công an xử lý.
