Vietnam Airlines đối xử với khách như “xe dù”

Chiều 14/2, rất nhiều hành khách đi trên chuyến bay số hiệu VN 1315 của Hăng hàng không quốc gia Việt Nam (Vietnam Airlines) xuất phát từ sân bay Đà Nẵng lúc 12 giờ 10 phút đă bị hăng này từ chối không cho bay và yêu cầu chuyển sang bay chuyến tiếp theo. Sự việc trên khiến các hành khách rất tức giận v́ bị Vietnam Airlines đối xử như đi “xe dù”.

Hành khách Nguyễn Bảo Giang Châu (phường Phú Thuận, Quận 7, TP.HCM) bức xúc: “Chúng tôi đi ba người, vé được đặt trước tết tuy nhiên khi đến làm thủ tục để bay th́ nhân viên của Vietnam Airlines không cho lên máy bay với lư do là đă bán hết chỗ và bán luôn ghế của tôi.
Tôi được nhân viên này yêu cầu bay chuyến sau lúc 13 giờ 50 và bồi thường cho tôi 300.000 đồng. Tôi bảo sẵn sàng bỏ thêm 300.000 đồng nữa để được lên máy bay nhưng họ vẫn không chấp nhận. Sự việc này làm gián đoạn cuộc họp quan trọng của tôi ở công ty với tổng giám đốc v́ ngày mai ông ấy phải về nước”.

Sau khi sự việc này xảy ra, bà Trương Thị Thu Trang, đại diện Vietnam Airlines tại Đà Nẵng đă gửi công văn cho các hành khách xin lỗi với nội dung: “Phiền toái này là do Vietnam Airlines áp dụng chính sách bán quá chỗ nhằm thích ứng với t́nh trạng các chuyến bay luôn có một tỷ lệ hành khách đă mua vé và đặt chỗ nhưng không đi”.
Tuy nhiên theo ông Châu và các hành khách, việc một hàng hàng không quốc gia như Vietnam Airlines đối xử với khách như vậy chẳng khác nào là đi…xe dù. “Tôi không thể chấp nhận được việc họ lại bán chính vé của tôi đă đăng kư mua trước tết cho người khác như vậy được. Họ c̣n bán vé của nhiều hành khách và buộc chuyển sang chuyến bay khác như tôi. Tôi là khách hàng thân thuộc của họ. Sau này tôi sẽ không đi hăng này nữa” - ông Châu bức xúc.

Xe dù là cái quái ǵ mà lại được áp dụng vào ngành hàng không đây?

Ngôn ngữ ǵ mà lạ quá vậy? Chắc mới du học ở Phi Châu về phải không?

Sao tui thấy thương hại cho cái lũ ngu dốt Việt+ quá chừng. Tụi này từ lối nói chuyện mất dạy đến văn hóa lớp ba trường làng rất là ngu dốt giống y hệt như thằng Phĩnh hồ Chó minh vậy đó.
