Phán quyết của Ṭa trọng tài đă làm cho Trung Quốc rất tức tối. Hôm nay (13/7), Bắc Kinh đă lên tiếng đe dọa nguy cơ xung đột xảy ra tại Biển Đông và tuyên bố có quyền thiết lập vùng nhận dạng pḥng không tại vùng biển này.


Thứ trưởng Ngoại giao Trung Quốc Lưu Chấn Dân
Trong một cuộc họp báo tại Bắc Kinh, Thứ trưởng Ngoại giao Trung Quốc Lưu Chấn Dân nói phán quyết của Ṭa trọng tài chỉ là một “tờ giấy đáng vứt bỏ” và nhận vơ rằng, các đảo ở Biển Đông là “lănh thổ cố hữu của Trung Quốc”.

Thứ trưởng Ngoại giao Trung Quốc cũng khẳng định “quyền” của Bắc Kinh thiết lập vùng nhận dạng pḥng không (ADIZ) ở Biển Đông, nhưng cho biết, việc thiết lập vùng pḥng không ở đây chỉ c̣n tùy thuộc vào mức độ đe dọa nhắm với Trung Quốc.

“Nếu an ninh của chúng tôi đang bị đe dọa, tất nhiên chúng tôi có quyền để phân ranh giới một vùng. Điều này sẽ phụ thuộc vào đánh giá tổng thể của chúng tôi… Chúng tôi hi vọng rằng các nước khác sẽ không nhân cơ hội này để đe dọa Trung Quốc, mà sẽ làm việc với Trung Quốc để bảo vệ ḥa b́nh, ổn định ở Biển Đông và không khiến nó trở thành nguồn gốc của một cuộc chiến tranh” – hăng tin AP trích lời ông Lưu Chấn Dân.

Năm 2013, Trung Quốc đă lập vùng pḥng không bao phủ một khu vực rộng lớn ở biển Hoa Đông, bao trùm lên khu vực quần đảo Senkaku/Điếu Ngư đang tranh chấp với Nhật. Dự án này đă bị công luận quốc tế lên án.

Mặc dù đổ lỗi cho Philippines khuấy lên rắc rối khi đơn phương đưa tranh chấp giữa hai nước lên trọng tài, nhưng Thứ trưởng Ngoại giao Trung Quốc lại tỏ ư muốn đàm phán với lănh đạo mới của Manila. Ông Lưu cho biết, Trung Quốc vẫn cam kết đàm phán với Philippines và lưu ư rằng, tân Tổng thống Philippines Rodrigo Duterte có quan điểm tích cực về vấn đề này.

Theo ông Lưu, Trung Quốc hi vọng ngày hai nước thương lượng sẽ sớm đến và tin rằng, sự hợp tác này cũng sẽ mang lại cho người Philippines “lợi ích hữu h́nh”.

Tuy nhiên, Thứ trưởng Ngoại giao Trung Quốc cho hay, Bắc Kinh hi vọng chính phủ mới của Manila sẽ không sử dụng phán quyết của Ṭa trọng tài như là một cơ sở để đàm phán. Và không chỉ với Philippines mà Trung Quốc cũng hi vọng rằng, sự hợp tác với các nước láng giềng khác trên Biển Đông, cho dù là đánh cá hay khai thác tài nguyên dầu mỏ và khí đốt, có thể đạt được bằng thương lượng.

Những lời “mật ngọt” này được ông Lưu đưa ra trong buổi họp báo công bố Sách Trắng tái khẳng định tính chính đáng của các quyền lịch sử của Trung Quốc đối với gần như toàn bộ diện tích Biển Đông.

Bắc Kinh vẫn lập luận rằng, Trung Quốc là nước đầu tiên phát hiện, đặt tên và khai thác khu vực Biển Đông và điều này thể hiện qua bản đồ “đường 9 đoạn”. Tuy nhiên, hôm qua (12/7), Ṭa trọng tài thành lập theo Phụ lục VII Công ước Liên Hiệp Quốc (UNCLOS) 1982, trên cơ sở đề nghị của Philippines, đă cho rằng bản đồ này không có cơ sở pháp lư.

Đại sứ Trung Quốc tại Mỹ, ông Thôi Thiên Khải, th́ cho rằng cácphán quyết của Ṭa đă phá hoại hoặc làm suy giảm quyết tâm của các nước muốn tiến hành đàm phán hoặc tham khảo với Trung Quốc để giải quyết các tranh chấp. Theo Đại sứ Trung Quốc, các phán quyết của Ṭa “chắc chắn là gia tăng xung đột, thậm chí đối đầu” tại Biển Đông.

The truth is, US does not have a chance beating the Chinese on Chinese soil. However, the Chinese does not have a chance at beating the US on US soil also. I agree that US have a much greater technology and more well equipped soldiers, but Chinese military is pretty strong also. Both Country holds a massive amount of nuclear weapons, so both country have to play safe and not bring a end to both countries. I really want to say this because it is very interesting and funny for me. The game Battlefield 4 that is about US invading China. In real life, it is not possible. If China did get invaded and they are fighting a war in Shang Hai, which is almost the most important city in China, They would choose to launch the nuclear missiles and tell the US that you are going too far... Well, it is pretty funny to me that nuclear bombs have helped them achieve world peace, and lets hope to keep it that way...This is just my opinion!

China would retaliate with the same boycott. Global stock markets would crash. Every industry in the world would end up laying off 1 billion people, combined, over the following 12 years. It would be the greatest recession since the Depression.

philippine th́ có thể ăn miếng trả miếng c̣n như dân việt nam th́ càng thậm tệ hơn v́ chỉ biết nh́n và câm miệng để cho thằng tàu muốn làm ǵ th́ làm, khi xong rồi th́ chỉ biết nói lên 2 chữ Phản Đối mà thôi.
