Dư luận trong nước và quốc tế phẫn nộ trước mức phạt của Việt Nam dành cho "yêu râu xanh" tên Đỗ Mạnh Hùng cưỡng hôn trong thang máy 8 USD (200 nghìn đồng), khiến nhiều trang báo quốc tế như AFP, Daily Mail, Yonhap quá ngỡ ngàng,... đã đồng loạt lên tiếng trước mức phạt đó.

Mới đây, các trang báo lớn tại Pháp, Hàn... đã đồng loạt đưa tin về mức phạt 200 nghìn đồng (khoảng 8 USD) mà Đỗ Mạnh Hùng (47 tuổi, quê Hải Phòng) nhận được sau khi sàm sỡ nữ sinh P.H.V. (20 tuổi) trong thang máy thuộc tòa nhà Golden Palm (phường Nhân Chính, quận Thanh Xuân, Hà Nội).

Các trang báo đều tỏ ra không đồng tình với mức phạt dành cho kẻ sàm sỡ, cho rằng 8 USD là quá nhẹ và không đủ tính răn đe đối với rất nhiều những tên "dê xồm" khác vẫn đang có ý định giở trò quấy rối phụ nữ.

Tờ AFP (Pháp) cho rằng mức phạt 8 USD (200 nghìn đồng) là quá nhẹ.


Hãng Daily Mail đưa tin tương tự.


Các tờ báo của Hàn Quốc cũng đưa tin hàng loạt về vụ việc.

Ngoài ra, các trang báo cho rằng phong trào nữ quyền mang tên #MeToo vẫn chưa thực sự phổ cập nhiều, khiến những vấn nạn kể trên ít được nhắc tới và thảo luận trên truyền thông, cho tới ngày nay.

Dư luận quốc tế phẫn nộ trước mức phạt 8 USD (200 nghìn đồng) mà người đàn ông Hùng nhận được.

Đừng tưởng bở mà đè cưởng con gái, phụ nử hun tùm lum hun lia lịa mà chỉ bị phạt 200 nghìn mà phải là con ông cháu cha ở VN mới có ưu quyền làm như vậy. Thằng này từng xuất hiện hình chụp chung đứng sau lưng Phúc niễng từng hăm dọa công an pc141 và 2 công an pc141 bị chuyển công tác như lời hăm dọa của hắn đấy.

Thằng Dái Lác mà còn xấu, hổ trốn dưới cống thì bác kiểu rồi.
