Nữ sinh gốc Việt, 19 tuổi, ở bang California, Hoa Kỳ là dược sĩ trẻ tuổi nhất vừa tốt nghiệp tiến sĩ dược lư tại Đại học Chapman và là dược sĩ trẻ nhất của bang này.

Cô Kassidy Vo là một sinh viên chăm chỉ ở trường, cô thậm chí không có thời gian để chơi các tṛ chơi điện tử yêu thích của ḿnh, cũng không đi đến Disneyland là nơi yêu thương nhất trên thế giới đối với cô và cũng không đi dạo dọc theo băi biển, theo Ocregister.

Cô Kassidy đă có những thành tích học tập xuất sắc ngay từ khi c̣n rất nhỏ. Cô đă có thể tốt nghiệp mẫu giáo sau một tuần học, khi vào trường cấp ba, cô đă tốt nghiệp sau 2 năm học, lúc đó Kassidy 14 tuổi

Sau khi Kassidy vào lớp một, mẹ của cô nhận ra rằng chương tŕnh dạy ở trường không theo kịp theo khả năng tiếp thu của hai con, cho nên bà quyết định cho Andrew và Kassidy học ở nhà.

Tuy nhiên, mẹ của cô cũng biết rằng cuộc sống cũng có nhiều điều thú vị hơn bên cạnh việc học của con. Khi Kassidy học lớp 5, bà đă cho cô tham gia vào chương tŕnh truyền h́nh có tên là “Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader?” [tạm dịch: Bạn có thông minh hơn học sinh lớp 5?]. Cô đă được thuê 3 lần cho 3 chương tŕnh.

Vào năm 2015, Andrew, anh trai cô cũng đă nhận bằng tốt nghiệp Đại học Chapman vào năm 19 tuổi, nhưng là bằng cử nhân sinh hóa. C̣n bây giờ, khi Kassidy 19 tuổi, cô đă vượt qua anh trai với tấm bằng tiến sĩ dược lư. Mặc dù vậy, nhưng hai anh em không hề ganh đua hay đố kỵ nhau mà đều ủng hộ, giúp đỡ cho nhau.

Trong thời gian đi học, ngoài giờ học cô cũng đi làm thêm 8 tiếng/ngày ở Walgreen trong khoa dược, pḥng cấp cứu, pḥng chăm sóc đặc biệt, giúp các bác sĩ trong bệnh viện.

Kassidy cho biết sau khi tốt nghiệp cô sẽ “ngủ bù” và sẽ đi thăm tất cả các Disneyland trên thế giới. Sau đó, cô sẽ quyết định con đường tương lai của ḿnh và chắc chắn đó là trong lĩnh vực y học.

“Tôi vẫn c̣n rất trẻ, tôi chắc chắn muốn đi xa hơn’, Kassidy nói.

Sức mạnh bí mật đă giúp cô Kassidy luôn vui vẻ là nhờ tính hài hước của ḿnh, cô nói “Nếu không biết khôi hài, th́ bạn có vấn đề”. Cô luôn làm việc chăm chỉ và cũng vui chơi hết ḿnh, cô chia sẻ rằng khi làm việc, cô sẽ tập trung 100%, nhưng khi ở Disneyland, cô tập trung 110%.

Ở Hoa Kỳ, từ trung học đến đại học, ḿnh có thể nhảy lớp/ môn học được hết, nhưng phải đủ khả năng (giỏi) để pass những challenge axams và sau đó th́ phải pass những exams tiếp theo của college department đưa ra. Ḿnh th́ không giỏi để học nhảy kiểu này, nhưng vào đầu thập niên '80s, major mate của ḿnh đă passed mấy cái exams này.

Vậy cũng khó . Chỉ trừ những đầu óc thông minh thiên tài mới qua được chặng này . Nghĩ lại thời điểm hồi xưa th́ ḿnh thua mấy người trẻ tuổi này quá xa . Tre già măng mọc

PS :Bạn cũng giỏi đấy , thường giới trẻ qua đây nếu được lo ăn học đầy đủ th́ tương lai sáng lạng . Thời của ḿnh qua đây một ḿnh lo đủ chuyện , học nghề trước nắm trong tay .

ăn cái chi mà sao giỏi quá
đúng là trẻ không qua già lú lại
lớp trẻ bây giờ cực kỳ thông minh

mỗi ngày tớ thích nghe những chuyện tốt đẹp như vầy về cộng đồng
người VN. thấy người ḿnh vui hẳn lên.

mỗi khi đọc mấy cái tin người Việt làm bậy ḿnh thấy 1 ngày qua rất nặng nề .

Hồi xưa trước 75 , chương tŕnh lớp đệ tứ và lớp đệ nhị gần giống nhau và lớp đệ tam giống lớp đệ nhất .

Lúc đó có thằng bạn đang học lớp đệ tam rồi nó đổi trường , không biết chạy đâu qua được lớp đệ nhị có bằng tú tài 1 và nhảy lên lớp đệ nhất rồi hắn lấy tú tài 2 vào lính TQLC , sau này qua đây gặp hắn , nhưng hắn đă mất cách đây 12 năm , buồn cho thằng bạn học
