Tỷ phú giàu nhất Việt Nam, người đang làm nhiều người Việt tự hào với thương hiệu ô tô ‘Made-in-Vietnam’ đầu tiên, đang nhắm tới cái mà nhiều công ty của Trung Quốc chưa thể làm được: bán ô tô vào thị trường Mỹ.

Kế hoạch đầy tham vọng của ông Vượng, người tung ra ḍng xe sản xuất trong nước đầu tiên ở Việt Nam hồi tháng 6 vừa qua, là làm cho VinFast trở thành thương hiệu toàn cầu với việc mở rộng bán hàng ra các thị trường thế giới trong đó có Mỹ.

Theo Bloomberg, hăng xe ô tô VinFast của ông Vượng sẽ bắt đầu bán ô tô ‘Made-in-Vietnam’ vào thị trường Mỹ vào năm 2021.

Không chỉ đơn thuần đưa xe ô tô Việt vào thị trường Mỹ, ông Vượng thậm chí nhắm mục tiêu bán xe ô tô chạy bằng điện – một ḍng xe hoàn toàn mới đối với hăng xe Vinfast, hiện có giám đốc điều hành là cựu phó chủ tịch sản xuất toàn cầu của General Motors Co.

Giữa tháng 6 vừa qua, hăng ô tô 100% vốn Việt Nam Vinfast bắt đầu bàn giao những chiếc ô tô đầu tiên của họ cho khách hàng với kỳ vọng những sản phẩm ‘Made-in-Vietnam’ này sẽ có thể cạnh tranh với ô tô của Mỹ và Nhật.

Các ḍng xe được Vinfast tung ra hồi tháng 6 là ḍng xe đa dụng (crossover) Fadil, xe nhỏ sedan và xe gầm cao SUV.

Tuy nhiên sản phẩm ô tô chạy bằng điện mà ông Vượng sẽ đưa vào Mỹ là một ḍng xe hoàn toàn riêng biệt, theo Bloomberg.

“Mục đích cuối cùng của chúng tôi là tạo ra một thương hiệu quốc tế”, tỷ phú 51 tuổi nói trong một cuộc phỏng vấn với Bloomberg tại trụ sở của tập đoàn Vingroup JSC ở Hà Nội. “Nó sẽ là một chặng đường rất khó khăn và chúng tôi sẽ phải cố gắng rất nhiều. Nhưng chỉ có một con đường ở phía trước.”

Tham vọng lớn

Xe ô tô của ông Vượng sẽ phải đối mặt với một sự cạnh tranh khốc liệt để có thể thành công ở một thị trường khó tính như Mỹ.

Các hăng xe như Automobile Quảng Đông của Trung Quốc, Tata Motors Ltd của Ấn Độ, hay Proton Holdings Bhd của Malaysia đă phải bỏ cuộc hoặc hoăn các kế hoạch bước vào thị trường Mỹ. Thậm chí một số hăng xe hơi tên tuổi của châu Âu như Citroen, Opel, Peugeot và Renault, từng có mặt ở thị trường Mỹ, đă phải trầy trật để đưa ô tô của họ trở lại thị trường này.

Tỷ phú Phạm Nhật Vượng, người giàu nhất Việt Nam với khối tài sản trị giá 9,1 tỷ USD, có tham vọng bán xe ô tô 'Made-in-Vietnam' vào thị trường Mỹ.

Đối với một thị trường khó tính như Mỹ, những công ty đó đă thất bại v́ nhiều lư do, như các vấn đề về chất lượng, rào cản về quy định, kế hoạch không tốt, các điều kiện thị trường không thuận lợi và không được nhiều người Mỹ biết tới.

Dù có một buổi ra mắt ở Paris Motor Show với sự hiện diện của ngôi sao bóng đá Anh David Beckham hồi tháng 10 năm 2018, Vinfast vẫn là một hăng xe hoàn toàn mới trên thế giới.

Nhà máy sản xuất ô tô Vinfast, của tập đoàn Vingroup do ông Vượng sáng lập và làm chủ tịch, chỉ mới được khánh thành tại Hải Pḥng hồi tháng 6 vừa qua, sau chỉ ‘vỏn vẹn’ 21 tháng xây dựng và hoàn thiện. Những chiếc xe đầu tiên của Vinfast được lăn bánh chỉ vài ngày sau đó.

2 tỷ USD

Tuy nhiên, để bù đắp vào sự thiếu hụt về kinh nghiệm và ít danh tiếng, ông Vượng, người được Bloomberg đánh giá là tỷ phú giàu nhất Việt Nam với 9,1 tỷ USD, sẽ sẵn sàng chi 2 tỷ USD từ tiền túi của ông vào Vinfast để sản xuất ḍng xe mà ông sẽ bán vào thị trường Mỹ, châu Âu và Nga. Theo Bloomberg, các nguồn tiền khác sẽ đến từ các khoản vay, phát hành cổ phiếu và bán bớt cổ phần của Vingroup.

Ông Vượng sở hữu 49% cổ phần của Vinfast trong khi công ty mẹ, Vingroup, nắm giữ 51% cổ phần.

Ngoài ô tô, tập đoàn Vingroup c̣n sản xuất điện thọai thông minh. Các điện thoại “made in Vietnam” VinSmart được tung ra thị trường từ tháng 12 năm ngoái. Theo Reuters, VinGroup sẽ không dừng lại ở điện thoại thông minh mà sẽ lần lượt cho ra mắt các sản phẩm thông minh khác.

Vinfast phải vượt qua những rào cản lớn để có thể cạnh tranh bên ngoài Việt Nam, theo giám đốc điều hành của công ty tư vấn ô tô ZoZo Go LLC, Michael Dunne, nói với Bloomberg.

“Sẽ mất một thời gian để công ty này có thể cạnh tranh ở Mỹ - hiện vẫn là thị trường khốc liệt nhất thế giới”, ông Dunne nói. “Bạn cần phải có được một thương hiệu vững chắc”.

Nhiều người tiêu dùng thích các xe cũ của Honda hay Toyota hơn là một chiếc xe mới của một thương hiệu không tên tuổi, theo CEO của ZoZo Go LLC. Ông Dunne nói rằng nhà sản xuất xe hơi của Việt Nam, tức VinFast, sẽ cần phải sản xuất ít nhất 100.000 xe mỗi năm để có thể cạnh tranh về giá, phát triển một thương hiệu toàn cầu và thiết lập một mạng lưới dịch vụ và bảo tŕ.

Ngoài những sự hỗ trợ về kỹ thuật từ các nhà cung cấp chính như AVL, Bosch, Magna, Siemens và Pininfarina, VinFast đă thuê ông James DeLuca, người từng có “37 năm kinh nghiệm về ô tô tại tập đoàn General Motors của Mỹ” cũng như “từng quản lư hoạt động sản xuất trên khắp thế giới” làm tổng giám đốc.

Nói với VOA hồi tháng 2 năm ngoái, ông DeLuca cho biết ông tin vào khả năng thành công của xe hơi mang thương hiệu quốc gia Việt Nam.

VinFast cho biết rằng mục tiêu của công ty này là “trở thành nhà sản xuất ôtô hàng đầu Đông Nam Á với công suất thiết kế lên đến 500.000 xe/năm vào năm 2025, với sản phẩm chủ lực là ôtô động cơ đốt trong, ôtô sử dụng động cơ điện và xe máy điện thân thiện với môi trường”.

Ai mà không có quyền "mơ giấc mơ Mỹ" chứ, nhất là mấy tên Mỹ (dù bất ḱ gốc nào) cũng đần thấy mẹ. Toàn mang tiền của, xác dân Mỹ để làm giàu hay bảo vệ không công cho ngoại bang, c̣n chính dân ḿnh ăn cứt mà sống.... Hỏi lũ 3Que đớp 45 năm qua để nó kể cho nghen nhá.

Qua hốt USD hết cho tao... Hehehehehe...

Tui nghĩ thằng nhóc này định nói xe "ĐẠP ĐIỆN Vinfast" mà báo chí in lộn đó bạn. Cạnh tranh với chiếc xe đạp Phượng Hoàng của tàu+ thôi mà còn kô làm ra hồn nữa thì làm cái ĐẾCH gi nữa

Lại một thằng việt cộng ngu đần. Mầy về hỏi mấy thằng cán bộ cao cấp tại sao lại gởi con đi Mỹ. Dốt mà c̣n cứng đầu th́ không bao giờ khá.
