Old  Arrow Dư luận không đón nhận bộ chữ Việt song song 4.0
Bộ chữ Việt song song 4.0 không được đón nhận mà nhiều người c̣n đ̣i đưa tác giả đi "cách ly vĩnh viễn". Bộ chữ mới Việt Nam song song 4.0 của hai tác giả Kiều Trường Lâm và Trần Tư B́nh đang bị dư luận phản đối mạnh mẽ.

Thanh niên đưa tin, ngày 25/3, công tŕnh "Chữ VN song song 4.0" của tác giả Trần Tư B́nh và Kiều Trường Lâm chính thức được Cục Bản quyền tác giả, Bộ Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch cấp giấy chứng nhận bản quyền số 1850/2020/QTG.

Anh Kiều Trường Lâm - tác giả của bộ chữ cho biết: "V́ một số lư do nên hiện tại công tŕnh "Chữ Việt Nam song song 4.0" chỉ có thể được sử dụng tên Chữ VN song song 4.0 (viết tắt Việt Nam = VN). Có được bản quyền, đây là niềm vui và hạnh phúc nhất của tôi sau những nỗ lực nghiên cứu trong mấy chục năm qua".

Được biết, "Chữ VN song song 4.0" là sự kết hợp giữa công tŕnh nghiên cứu chữ Việt không dấu của Kiều Trường Lâm trong suốt 27 năm với công tŕnh "Chữ Việt nhanh" của ông Trần Tư B́nh năm 2018.


Tác giả Kiều Trường Lâm (trái) và Trần Tư B́nh cùng giấy chứng nhận bản quyền tác giải với công tŕnh "Chữ VN song song 4.0".
Bộ chữ "song song 4.0" của hai tác giả trên là chữ viết không dấu, sử dụng 26 chữ cái La-tinh, trong đó dùng 18 chữ cái La-tinh để thay thế cho dấu thanh và dấu phụ trong chữ quốc ngữ hiện hành.

Tuy nhiên nhiều ư kiến cho rằng, sáng tạo của hai tác giả là "sự ảo tưởng", tốn thời gian. Cư dân mạng để lại rất nhiều lời nhận xét nặng nề tới hai tác giả với những từ như "ngáo", "điên", "tâm thần", "nhốt vào bệnh viện tâm thần, cách ly vĩnh viễn khỏi cộng đồng"…, theo Tuổi trẻ trích đăng.



Một số tác phẩm được "chuyển ngữ" sang bộ chữ Việt song song 4.0.

Bên cạnh đó, một số người cho rằng việc sáng tạo và đăng ky bản quyền tác giả là quyền của mọi công dân, xă hội cần tôn trọng. Việc bộ chữ có được áp dụng vào đời sống hay không là một chuyện khác. Do đó, không nên công kích, xúc phạm đến tác giả của công tŕnh sáng tạo này.


Tác phẩm Ghen Cô Vy quen thuộc được viết bằng bộ chữ Việt mới, không dấu của hai tác giả Kiều Trường Lâm và Trần Tư B́nh.
Chia sẻ với Tuổi trẻ, tác giả Kiều Trường Lâm cho biết anh và đồng tác giả Trần Tư B́nh sẽ thí điểm cho một nhóm nhỏ học sinh học và sử dụng bộ chữ mới này để lấy ư kiến đánh giá của người học.

Nếu đạt tỷ lệ ủng hộ trên 90%, anh sẽ nghĩ tới việc xin ư kiến của Bộ Giáo dục & Đào tạo cho phép thử nghiệm phổ biến bộ chữ với học sinh.

Ngoài ra, anh cũng tiết lộ sẽ viết một cuốn sách về Chữ Việt Nam song song 4.0.

càng ngày việt cộng càng ḷi ra đám tiến sĩ ǵ mà c̣n ngu hơn mấy người bán vé số, 2 thằng tiến sĩ này chắc óc năo của nó nằm dưới lỗ đít nên viết chữ ǵ chỉ có tụi súc sanh như nó mới hiểu chứ người Việt Nam 100% th́ chắc không bao giờ hiểu rồi, chúc cho 2 thằng mày mau sớm với thằng bùi hèn gặp thằng súc sanh hồ chí minh để nói chuyện với nó bằng cái ngôn ngữ súc sanh này nhe

Quốc âm tân tự sử dụng cách phân chia thanh điệu truyền thống, thanh điệu được chia thành bốn loại là “b́nh” 平, “thướng” 上, “khứ” 去, “nhập” 入. Mỗi loại lại được chia ra thành hai bậc “âm” 陰 và “dương” 陽.[19] Tổng cộng có tám thanh là:[19]

“Âm b́nh” 陰平: là thanh ngang theo cách gọi ngày nay.
“Dương b́nh” 陽平: là thanh huyền theo cách gọi ngày nay.
“Âm thướng” 陰上: là thanh hỏi theo cách gọi ngày nay.
“Dương thướng” 陽上: là thanh ngă theo cách gọi ngày nay.
“Âm khứ” 陰去: là thanh sắc ở các từ mà khi viết bằng chữ quốc ngữ không kết thúc bằng một trong bốn chữ “c”, “ch”, “p”, “t”.
“Dương khứ” 陽去: là thanh nặng ở các từ mà khi viết bằng chữ quốc ngữ không kết thúc bằng một trong bốn chữ “c”, “ch”, “p”, “t”.
“Âm nhập” 陰入: là thanh sắc ở các từ mà khi viết bằng chữ quốc ngữ kết thúc bằng một trong bốn chữ “c”, “ch”, “p”, “t”.
“Dương nhập” 陽入: là thanh nặng ở các từ mà khi viết bằng chữ quốc ngữ kết thúc bằng một trong bốn chữ “c”, “ch”, “p”, “t”.
Các thanh thuộc bậc âm được ghi bằng một dấu nhỏ h́nh nửa ṿng tṛn, các thanh thuộc bậc dương được ghi bằng một dấu nhỏ h́nh ṿng tṛn. Để biểu thị thanh b́nh, dấu thanh được đặt bên cạnh “chân trái” của chữ, với thanh thướng dấu thanh được đặt bên canh “vai trái” của chữ, với thanh khứ dấu thanh được đặt bên cạnh “vai
phải” của chữ, với thanh nhập dấu thanh được đặt bên cạnh “chân phải” của chữ.
